Em especial, o defesa deixou uma palavra de agradecimento «ao presidente Miguel Ribeiro, aos vários departamentos, a todas as pessoas que trabalham no clube, aos meus colegas e, claro, aos adeptos».
O lateral-esquerdo foi uma das peças-chave no xadrez de Hugo Oliveira nas últimas duas épocas. Ao serviço dos famalicenses, realizou 55 jogos, marcou um golo e somou seis assistências.
Ao contrário do que era esperado, Rafa Soares continuará a jogar em Portugal, tendo assinado contrato com o Estrela da Amadora até 2028.

O interesse dos famalicenses no ponta de lança não é recente. Tal como a Cidade Hoje noticiou no início do mês de junho, o Famalicão vê com bons olhos a contratação do atleta do FC Lugano.
Segundo o jornal suíço Blick, o avançado grego já se despediu dos colegas de equipa, sinal de que a saída do emblema helvético poderá estar para breve. Os valores de uma eventual transferência continuam por revelar, embora o jogador esteja avaliado em cerca de dois milhões de euros pelo site Transfermarkt.
Na temporada passada, Koutsias disputou 36 jogos, nos quais marcou seis golos e somou três assistências. O avançado de 22 anos poderá deixar o FC Lugano ao fim de duas temporadas, durante as quais também adquiriu experiência nas competições europeias, contabilizando nove encontros na Liga Conferência e três na Liga Europa.
Caso a transferência se concretize, Koutsias deverá ocupar a vaga deixada por Simon Elisor, que se transferiu para o Universitatea Craiova, da Roménia, por cerca de 1,5 milhões de euros. O tenista do Clube de Ténis São Pedro de Bairro anulou cinco match points frente a Miguel Cunha, do Ténis Clube de Famalicão, e, na primeira oportunidade de que dispôs para fechar o encontro, não desperdiçou, conquistando assim o título, repetindo o feito conseguido no ano passado.
A final, disputada no dia 21 de julho, em Vila Nova de Famalicão, registou a maior assistência de sempre num Campeonato Concelhio de Ténis.
No quadro feminino, destaque para a jovem sub-14 Margarida Marinho, que venceu Alice Silva numa final marcada pelo equilíbrio, conquistando o título.
A 3.ª etapa do Campeonato Concelhio de Ténis 2026 reuniu 70 participantes, dos quais 54 no quadro masculino e 16 no feminino, tendo sido disputados cerca de uma centena de encontros.
