A sexta edição do “Famalicão Beer Fest” já tem data confirmada e promete ser um dos grandes destaques do verão em Vila Nova de Famalicão. Entre os dias 3 e 6 de julho, a Praça Mouzinho de Albuquerque volta a transformar-se num ponto de encontro para os amantes da cerveja artesanal.
Promovido pelo Círculo de Cultura Famalicense, este festival tem conquistado cada vez mais adeptos. Com a participação de conceituadas cervejarias artesanais e aposta em novas marcas, o evento oferece uma experiência diversificada ao reunir uma vasta seleção de estilos e aromas únicos.
A organização tem apostado na inovação para elevar ainda mais a qualidade do festival, garantindo um ambiente animado e acolhedor. Além da ampla oferta de cervejas, os visitantes poderão desfrutar de um programa dinâmico, onde a música terá um papel de destaque em quatro dias de convívio e boa disposição.
A Polícia de Segurança Pública (PSP) deteve três homens, com idades entre os 52 e os 63 anos, no âmbito de uma operação de vigilância e prevenção ao tráfico de estupefacientes em Vila Nova de Famalicão.
Os suspeitos foram intercetados à chegada à cidade, após terem adquirido droga no Porto. No seguimento da operação, foram realizadas buscas domiciliárias, que resultaram na apreensão de cerca de 102 doses de heroína, 2 doses de cocaína e um telemóvel.
Os detidos serão presentes a tribunal para aplicação das respetivas medidas de coação.
A Associação Famalicão em Transição felicita o município pela «proteção efetiva da área do Penedo da Lua e encostas envolventes», localizadas numa das zonas do Monte de Santa Catarina. Uma área onde foram encontrados vestígios arqueológicos. Mas não é esta a única razão que a Associação Famalicão em Transição encontra para a preservação do espaço, realça também as mais-valias do ponto de vista ambiental e ecológico deste monte.
«Com esta medida de proteção já existente no terreno, o património natural e arqueológico será tratado com maior cuidado, aspeto este fulcral quanto à preservação e regeneração da área em causa, pelo que apelamos a que todos respeitem as regras estabelecidas», refere a Associação, em nota à imprensa. «Estamos convictos de que este é o primeiro passo para a criação da Área Florestal Municipal Protegida/Parque Florestal do Monte de Santa Catarina e Monte de São João, e continuaremos o trabalho desenvolvido até agora, agradecendo os contributos da sociedade famalicense para esta causa e apelando à sua continuada mobilização», acrescenta.
A Associação Famalicão em Transição recorda que próximo desta encosta está instalada a Central Fotovoltaica de Gemunde.
Desde que está na I Liga, corria a época 2019/20, a SAD do FC Famalicão já faturou 103,2 milhões em vendas. Os números foram divulgados, esta quinta-feira, pelo jornal “A Bola”.
No topo da lista está Ugarte, vendido ao Sporting, por 24 milhões, seguido de Pedro Gonçalves “Pote”, ao mesmo clube, que rendeu 14 milhões, e o pódio fecha com Otávio, ao Porto, por 12 milhões. Por igual valor foi vendido Luiz Júnior, no verão passado, aos espanhóis do Villarreal.
O FC Porto tem sido um bom cliente. Para além de Otávio, comprou Iván Jaime (10M), Francisco Moura (5M) e Toni Martinez (3,5M).
Outros jogadores que renderam importantes verbas são Zaydou Youssouf, por 6M, para o Al Fateh; Alexandre Penetra foi para o Az Alkmaar, por 4M, o mesmo valor que o Beijing Guon desembolsou por Anderson Silva. Charles Pickel foi vendido, por 3,8M, aos italianos do Cremonese; Cádiz custou 2,4M aos mexicanos do Club León e Puma Rodríguez rendeu 2,2M pela transferência para o Estrela Vermelha.
O projeto em prática pela estrutura liderada por Miguel Ribeiro aporta a junção do desenvolvimento de jogadores formados na academia e a contratação de jovens atletas. Os resultados têm sido visíveis, de que é exemplo o inédito título nacional de sub-19 (época 2022/2023) e com os sub-23 sempre em bom plano na Liga Revelação.
Em simultâneo, esta política corre por bons resultados desportivos da equipa principal. Tem sido possível, muito embora nas últimas épocas tenha havido, em determinados momentos, incertezas pela prestação dos respetivos plantéis e trocas de treinadores. No entanto, há já duas presenças em meias-finais da Taça de Portugal e o sonho de chegar a um lugar europeu – perdido em 19/20, nos últimos segundos de um jogo disputado na Madeira, diante do Marítimo – mantém-se.
«Sustentabilidade e sucesso» é o foco de uma política que visa «o jogo e o jogador», como várias vezes mencionou Miguel Ribeiro.
O FC Famalicão, que não vencia desde novembro passado, regressou às vitórias na jornada anterior, no Bessa, e almeja continuar a vencer. Este sábado, às 20h30, tem pela frente o vizinho Vitória SC, «um adversário muito competente, extremamente agressivo, que joga de forma bastante objetiva e que vem cá para disputar os três pontos connosco», antevê Hugo Oliveira. Sobre a sua equipa, o treinador do Famalicão refere que «trabalhamos bem. Foi uma semana muito positiva e vamos chegar fortes e coesos para um jogo que queremos ganhar e vamos fazer tudo para ganhar, para dar aos nossos adeptos a almejada da vitória», algo que em casa não acontece desde agosto passado.
Hugo Oliveira promete para a noite deste sábado «um Famalicão competente, organizado, que sabe o que tem de fazer perante um adversário difícil e que vai tentar manter o seu jogo desde o início. Sabemos que ainda temos de evoluir, mas vamos estar confiantes e vamos atacar sempre a baliza adversária, como é a nossa forma de estar, mas mantendo a coesão que tem sido vincada nos últimos jogos», não tendo sofrido golos nas duas últimas partidas.
O Vitória mexeu muito na equipa e vai no terceiro treinador da época, contextos que não fazem de si uma formação mais frágil. «O Vitória nunca é uma equipa frágil», atira Hugo Oliveira na antevisão ao jogo. «É uma equipa sempre forte, não só pelo seu ADN competitivo, pela sua história, mas porque é uma equipa que está a fazer uma belíssima época. É verdade que perdeu alguns jogadores importantes, mas também é verdade que conseguiu encontrar soluções para as mesmas posições e, acima de tudo, com jogadores que já conhecem bem a nossa Liga. Não temos a mínima dúvida que o Vitória vai chegar a Famalicão fortíssimo, mais confiante depois de uma vitória, mas vai encontrar um Famalicão que vai trabalhar muito e que vai querer dar aos seus adeptos a vitória que merecem».
A partida não se jogará apenas dentro das quatro linhas, pelo «que será muito importante o papel dos nossos associados, dos nossos adeptos. Peço que estejam, do primeiro ao último minuto, connosco, porque vamos precisar deles. Do outro lado, o adversário também vai ter esse décimo segundo jogador e nós queremos esse décimo segundo jogador ao nosso lado, porque é para eles que trabalhamos no dia a dia e é a eles que queremos dar a felicidade das vitórias».
Na tarde desta sexta-feira, a colisão entre três carros na Rua Frei Bartolomeu dos Martires, em Antas, fez um ferido.
O alerta foi dado por volta das 14h55 e para o socorro foram acionados os Bombeiros Voluntários Famalicenses.
A vítima com ferimentos considerados ligeiros foi transportada para o Hospital de Famalicão.
