Os Missionários Combonianos de Antas organizam a festa missionária no dia 19 de maio, domingo, dia em que a Igreja celebra o Pentecostes.
De manhã encontro missionário e eucaristia; de tarde almoço/farnel e festa com ranchos folclóricos e outras músicas. Uma festa aberta a todos.
Segundo o programa, começa às 9h30, com o acolhimento; 10 horas, encontro missionário; 11h15, eucaristia; 12h30, farnel; 14 horas, início da animação; 16h30, sorteio; 16h45, oração missionária; 17 horas, despedida.
O Dia da Europa, que se assinalou esta quinta-feira, foi celebrado em Famalicão, nos Paços do Concelho, com o hastear da Bandeira da Europa ao som do “Hino à Alegria”, interpretado pela Orquestra de Sopros da ArtEduca, e pela inauguração da exposição itinerante “Expressa-te pela Europa”, onde se podem ler as mensagens, desejos e votos sobre a União Europeia, redigidos pelos Clubes Europeus das escolas do concelho.
O presidente da Câmara Municipal de Famalicão, Mário Passos, enalteceu o papel da União Europeia enquanto promotora do desenvolvimento e da coesão territorial e social dos estados-membros.
O autarca lembrou o quanto Portugal e Vila Nova de Famalicão têm crescido com a Europa, apontando alguns exemplos de investimentos promovidos pela autarquia com financiamento europeu, como é o caso da requalificação de centros de saúde e estabelecimentos escolares, da requalificação do centro urbano, do mercado municipal e do Teatro Narciso Ferreira, o projeto de valorização dos rios, entre outros.
Mário Passos enalteceu, de resto, a capacidade do território para captar fundos europeus. Recorde-se que só no último ciclo de programação europeia, o município famalicense captou de forma direta cerca de 40 milhões de euros concretizados em mais de 70 projetos. No que toca ao Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR), até fevereiro deste ano, a autarquia, as empresas e as instituições do concelho de Vila Nova de Famalicão tinham já captado mais de 180 milhões de euros da bazuca europeia, num total de mais de 2600 projetos que envolvem mais de 2800 beneficiários e que representavam, na altura, 30% do investimento do PRR na sub-região do Ave.
Na última reunião de Câmara, o executivo aprovou um conjunto de apoios, no valor total de 300 mil euros, para algumas freguesias do concelho, a distribuir através de protocolos com as respetivas juntas.
A Junta de Freguesia de Bairro recebe quase 150 mil euros para a requalificação das piscinas do Parque António Sampaio; 12.300 euros para a freguesia de Fradelos, para a substituição da cobertura do edifício de apoio da antiga escola de Sapugal; para o Louro são 40.099 euros, para a pavimentação da rua João Alves de Sá e Travessa Clemente Lopes; à Junta de Requião 6.479 euros, para a requalificação do passeio na rua Camilo Castelo Branco; 42.679 euros para a União de Freguesias (UF) de Arnoso e Sezures, para a pavimentação da rua da Couta e Travessa Nova do Altinho, em Arnoso STª Maria; a UF de Esmeriz e Cabeçudos recebe 20.116 euros, para a instalação de um painel de azulejo na fachada da casa mortuária de Esmeriz; a UF de Ruivães e Novais tem um protocolo no valor de 8.370 euros para a construção de monumentos alusivos aos ex-combatentes; transfere para a UF de Seide 30.784 euros, para obras de alargamento, construção de baía de estacionamento e águas pluviais na rua do Ribeirinho (Seide S. Miguel).
Os sub-19 do SC Braga conseguiram o título nacional da 2.ª divisão de futsal e a consequente subida à 1.ª divisão. Para este feito dos bracarenses contribuiu Hugo Guimarães, treinador famalicense que faz parte da equipa técnica com Filipe Ferreira.
No clube desde a época passada, o famalicense fala da conquista «como o momento maior na minha carreira», num clube «onde a cultura de vitória está bem vincada». O título é, garante, «o cumprir de um sonho, feito de um enorme trabalho coletivo num clube que dá todas as condições para o desenvolvimento desportivo».
Com a garantia de que na próxima época vai continuar no projeto, Hugo Guimarães antecipa como meta futura ingressar num projeto desportivo na 2.ª divisão ou na Liga Placard. «São projetos futuros pelos quais vou continuar a trabalhar para um dia ser merecedor dos mesmos», disse.
Hugo Guimarães, de 46 anos, com o Nível 2 UEFA B, começou por jogar futebol no FC Famalicão, onde esteve até aos juvenis. Depois, ingressou no futsal, jogando no Mouquim Futsal, onde também chegou a treinador, nos juniores e seniores. Também representou o Ast Futsal de Santo Tirso, como jogador e treinador.
Foi nestas primeiras incursões como treinador que «nasceu em mim a paixão pelo treino, pela tática e pelo jogo» que agora vinca com o título nacional sub-19 da 2.ª divisão.
Os interessados em participar na Jovem Orquestra de Famalicão (JOF) – jovens instrumentistas com formação pré-universitária residentes ou a estudar em Famalicão – podem candidatar-se até este domingo, 12 de maio.
A 6.ª edição da iniciativa acontece de 9 a 14 de setembro, na Casa das Artes de Vila Nova de Famalicão.
Estão disponíveis um máximo de 87 vagas, distribuídas por instrumentos de cordas (violino, viola, violoncelo e contrabaixo), sopro (flauta, oboé, clarinete, fagote, trompa, trompete, trombone, tuba e harpa), percussão e piano.
O estágio, com direção do maestro José Eduardo Gomes, inclui ensaios de orquestra e dois concertos no grande auditório do teatro municipal, nos dias 13 (21h30) e 14 de setembro (18h00).
Recorde-se que a Jovem Orquestra de Famalicão é uma iniciativa organizada pelo Município de Vila Nova de Famalicão, através da Casa das Artes. Trata-se de um projeto artístico que se realiza desde 2019 e que procura responder a características únicas do território, nomeadamente, a existência de um forte e dinâmico ecossistema cultural associado ao ensino artístico especializado e ao ensino profissional de música.
O pianista Rui Massena regressa aos parques Nossa Senhora das Dores e Dr. Lima Carneiro, na Trofa, para um concerto, inserido na digressão Ensemble Tour. O espetáculo, ao ar livre, acontece no dia 19 de maio, a partir das 19 horas.
Uma oportunidade para ver e ouvir o compositor, maestro e pianista, num espetáculo que reúne todas as suas influências artísticas e que constrói novas fronteiras musicais.
Rui Massena visita as suas composições ao piano, acompanhado por 13 músicos, com espaço para a improvisação, música de orquestra, teclados e percussões, e interação com o público, num espetáculo vibrante, com a duração de 75 minutos.
