Segundo a atualização mais recente do Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera, Vila Nova de Famalicão deverá contar com máximas entre os 19 e os 28 graus.
O dia mais quente da semana será mesmo o de sexta-feira, onde a máxima se aproxima dos 30 graus.
Júlio Costa, em representação da Casa do Povo de Lousado, venceu o Torneio António Fontes em ténis de mesa, que se disputou no dia 16. O segundo classificado foi Nuno Maia.
Esta foi a terceira edição do Torneio António Fontes organizado pela Casa do Povo de Lousado, em homenagem ao eterno desportista. Nesta prova participaram atletas de Famalicão, Ribeirão e Maia.
O evento culminou com a entrega de lembranças aos participantes, num jantar/convívio, com a presença da família do homenageado, atletas, patrocinadores e representantes oficiais.
A próxima iniciativa da Casa do Povo, no dia 13 de abril, é dedicada à cultura, com vertente solidária; uma organização em articulação com a Câmara Municipal e a Associação Cultural de Vermoim, que apresentará a peça de comédia “Bons olhos os vejam“. A receita desta atividade reverterá na totalidade para as obras de beneficiação da Casa do Povo.

O centro Recreativo Bougado promove, dia 6 de abril, um torneio de PvP e rally paper para os amantes de Pokemon, mais concretamente o jogo de telemóvel Pokemon Go.
A iniciativa tem inscrições abertas (podem ser feitas aqui) e até ao dia 29 de março é garantido o kit de participação.
O torneio de PvP será organizado em duas fases. A competição inicia-se no modelo swiss-round em que todos os participantes vão realizar o mesmo número de rondas conforme o número de participantes. Após esta fase, inicia-se a Top Cut Single Elimination, em que os jogadores mais bem classificados vão disputar a chegada à final. Contra cada adversário serão disputados 3 jogos. Cada participante tem de ter consigo um telemóvel com a capacidade de gravação dos combates.
O rally paper é composto por um conjunto de tarefas que o jogador tem de cumprir para obter a maior classificação possível. A cada prova cumprida, o “treinador” pode prosseguir, tendo de se deslocar para os diferentes locais onde cada tarefa está localizada.
Além da pontuação da prova, os jogadores candidatam-se a outros prémios, se conseguirem conquistas extra: photobomb, caçar shinies (pokémons brilhantes) ou undos (pokémons 100%/4 estrelas).
Os jogadores serão ainda presenteados com uma festa de lures douradas, Coin Bag Gimmighoul e Promo Codes.
No próximo domingo, a Associação Cultural e Artística Famalicão Fado (ACAFADO) reúne em Assembleia Geral, a partir das 9 horas, na sede da instituição, na Travessa de Cambães, na freguesia de Lagoa.
Os associados são chamados a analisar a votar os relatórios de atividades e contas, bem como o parecer do Conselho Fiscal, relativos a 2023; de igual modo estará em discussão o plano de atividades e orçamento para o ano em curso. Os trabalhos encerram com a discussão de outros assuntos de interesse.
O presidente da Assembleia Geral, Arlindo Ferreira da Silva, recorda que, segundo os Estatutos, se à hora marcada não estiver presente o número de sócios necessários, os trabalhos terão lugar com os presentes e a mesma ordem de trabalho.
A Associação de Dadores de Sangue promove, no próximo domingo, uma colheita de sangue no salão paroquial da freguesia de Bairro. A iniciativa tem o apoio do CNE – 27 desta localidade e é aberta à população em geral.
A colheita decorre entre as 09h00 e as 12h30 pelo Instituto Português do Sangue e da Transplantação.
Na tarde do passado sábado, na sua sede social, a Associação de Dadores de Sangue de Vila Nova de Famalicão reuniu em Assembleia Geral Ordinária, tendo aprovado, por unanimidade, os vários pontos da ordem de trabalhos: o relatório de atividades, contas e parecer do Conselho Fiscal do ano passado. Foi, ainda, aprovado um voto de louvor, apresentado pelo presidente do Conselho Fiscal, pelo empenho de todos ao longo de 2023.
A sessão prosseguiu com a discussão do plano de atividades para o ano em curso o qual prevê um aumento de colheitas de sangue (já solicitadas) e contempla a realização do “Dia do Dador de Sangue Famalicense”, no dia 10 de junho e a “Festa de Natal” em dezembro, em data a designar. No quarto ponto, foi também votado e aprovado o orçamento para 2024. Estes documentos colheram, também, a unanimidade dos presentes.
Nos outros assuntos de interesse para a Associação houve bastante diálogo entre os presentes, no sentido de melhorar cada vez mais o apoio às dezenas de colheitas de sangue que se realizam ao longo do ano.
