O preço do GPL registou um aumento significativo esta semana, segundo dados das plataformas que monitorizam os valores dos combustíveis em Portugal.
De acordo com estas fontes, o acréscimo foi particularmente expressivo nos postos da Repsol, onde o preço subiu cerca de 25 cêntimos por litro.
Este aumento repentino está a gerar preocupação entre os consumidores, sobretudo numa altura em que os custos com energia continuam a pesar no orçamento das famílias.
Uma petição que propõe proibir a condução a partir dos 75 anos foi lançada em Portugal. A iniciativa volta a colocar em discussão o equilíbrio entre segurança rodoviária e direitos individuais.
O autor defende que o envelhecimento pode afetar capacidades essenciais à condução, como a visão, os reflexos e a cognição, aumentando o risco de acidentes. Considera também que os exames médicos atualmente exigidos não garantem uma avaliação contínua eficaz.
A proposta sugere ainda a criação de alternativas de mobilidade para pessoas idosas, de forma a minimizar o impacto da medida.
Por outro lado, especialistas alertam para o risco de discriminação etária, defendendo que a aptidão para conduzir deve ser avaliada individualmente.
O Futebol Clube de Famalicão empatou este sábado no terreno do FC Porto (2-2), no Estádio do Dragão, em jogo da 28.ª jornada da Primeira Liga.

A Luz da Páscoa deve acordar-nos para o facto de que somos todos responsáveis uns pelos outros. Quando uma bomba cai longe, a sua onda de choque deve atingir a nossa consciência aqui. Quando uma criança chora de fome, é o Cristo Ressuscitado que nos estende a mão pedindo justiça. O nosso compromisso social é a prova real da nossa fé espiritual. Se Cristo ressuscitou, então a morte e a miséria não têm a última palavra. A última palavra é a Vida, mas essa Vida precisa das nossas mãos para se manifestar.
Que as campainhas deste ano não sejam apenas um som passageiro, mas um despertador para a alma. Que saibamos transformar a nossa indignação em ação e a nossa oração em serviço. Que cada um de nós, no seu posto de trabalho ou na sua vivência familiar, seja um foco de ressurreição, combatendo a indiferença com a proximidade e o ódio com o perdão ativo.

A lavandaria Miminhos, na freguesia de Calendário, em Vila Nova de Famalicão, conseguiu reunir todas as condições para voltar a abrir portas no início deste mês de abril, depois dos danos provocados por um incêndio que, no início do ano, obrigaram à dispensa de 15 trabalhadores.
Todos os profissionais que se mostraram disponíveis foram readmitidos, retomando agora as suas funções na empresa.
Além da readmissão dos antigos colaboradores, a empresa pretende reforçar a equipa com novas contratações, visando consolidar a operação e responder à procura dos clientes.
