O treinador Júnior Santos fez a antevisão ao jogo da quarta jornada da fase de apuramento de campeão da 2.ª divisão. O adversário é o FC Porto e a partida disputa-se este sábado, às 11 horas, no campo n.º 2 da Academia.
No regresso a casa, quase dois meses depois, o conjunto famalicense defronta um adversário «com a moral em cima, que só perdeu uma vez esta época. Vamos à luta e se há equipa que pode defrontar este FC Porto, olhos nos olhos, é esta. Já o provamos na pré-época e na primeira fase», avisa o treinador da equipa feminina.
Fruto do sorteio, o FC Famalicão disputou as primeiras três partidas fora de portas e para este sábado quer o apoio dos adeptos. Com apenas 1 ponto, Júnior Santos recorda que ainda estão 33 em disputa. «Temos sete jogos em casa e quatro fora. Como se costuma dizer, isto não é como começa, é como acaba».
A Câmara Municipal de Famalicão tem ativo um plano de formação que tem por objetivo dotar os eleitos locais das ferramentas necessárias para uma gestão «mais eficiente e rigorosa do território». Este investimento na capacitação dos autarcas é assumido como uma estratégia estruturada e prolongada ao longo do ano. Houve já momentos práticos com sessões nas áreas da proteção civil e da contratação pública.
O presidente da Câmara Municipal considera esta iniciativa um «pilar essencial para a coesão do concelho». Mário Passos refere que o «sucesso deste mandato depende da nossa capacidade de trabalhar em rede. Ao capacitarmos os eleitos locais com ferramentas técnicas avançadas, estamos a garantir que cada freguesia tem uma liderança preparada para decidir com rigor e proteger os cidadãos com a eficácia que só a proximidade permite», sublinha.
No domínio da proteção civil, as sessões procuraram capacitar os eleitos para a identificação e avaliação de riscos nos seus territórios, bem como para a sinalização de pessoas doentes ou com necessidades especiais. Já na área da contratação pública, o enfoque esteve no reforço das boas práticas e dos princípios da legalidade e da transparência administrativa.
Estas ações são mais valorizadas por quem assume pela primeira vez responsabilidade públicas. É o caso do presidente da União de Freguesias de Arnoso (Santa Maria e Santa Eulália) e Sezures. Ricardo Pinto realçou a importância estratégica desta iniciativa para a modernização das freguesias. «Nestes primeiros meses de funções, estas sessões são o suporte de que necessitamos para passar da vontade política à execução técnica rigorosa. Permite-nos reforçar a confiança da população e garantir um desenvolvimento seguro e transparente do território», afirma.
No ciclo de formação, estão já previstas novas ações que irão abranger outros domínios ligados à governação, como a delegação de competências e a postura de trânsito. «O objetivo passa por consolidar um modelo de administração local em que o conhecimento técnico dos eleitos se traduza num serviço público de maior qualidade, mantendo o concelho na linha da frente da eficiência e do apoio direto às populações», refere o município.

O defesa central fez, esta sexta-feira, a antevisão ao jogo entre Gil Vicente FC e Futebol Clube de Famalicão. Para a partida da 20.ª jornada da Liga Portugal Betclic, agendada para as 15h30 deste domingo, no Estádio Cidade de Barcelos, Léo Realpe diz que o grupo «está confiante». Confere que a semana de trabalho correu «bem» e que o encontro com os gilistas «é encarado como todos os outros». Antecipa dificuldades – «é assim em todos os jogos» – mas destaca a «ambição de trazer os três pontos para casa».
Léo Realpe, que esta época já participou em 16 jogos e marcou um golo, tem alternado (poucas vezes) no centro da defesa com outros companheiros. O jogador encara como positiva esta “rotatividade” «porque nos mantém sempre em competição».
Pessoalmente, considera que «foi muito bom vir para o Famalicão, um clube que quer sempre evoluir, crescer, tal como eu».

A candidatura de António José Seguro conta com apoio de personalidades famalicenses como o antigo presidente de Câmara, Armindo Costa, o empresário Carlos Vieira de Castro, o professor universitário João Cerejeira, a advogada Margarida Malvar, o fadista Joaquim Macedo, o presidente de Junta de Ribeirão Leonel Rocha.
A Comissão Concelhia de Apoio a António José Seguro manifesta o seu «regozijo» pela «onda crescente de simpatia» que o candidato vencedor da primeira volta das eleições presidenciais «continua a suscitar por todo o concelho».
Para Artur Lopes, presidente da Comissão Concelhia de Apoio, estes nomes traduzem «abrangência democrática» e «reconhecimento pela qualidade pessoal e política» do candidato. Na sua opinião, prova que «as pessoas não são insensíveis aos seus valores éticos, à forma de estar na vida política e ao amor à verdade, ao seu posicionamento institucional e à sua moderação», salienta.
Estes cidadãos famalicenses foram convidados para o debate sobre “O Presidente da República e os desafios de Portugal no atual contexto europeu” que se realizará na próxima quarta-feira, 4 de fevereiro, no auditório da Fundação Cupertino de Miranda, com início às 18 horas. Serão oradores o eurodeputado Francisco Assis e o famalicense João Cerejeira, professor da Universidade do Minho.
A Comissão Concelhia de apoio revela que esta será a principal iniciativa de campanha de Seguro no concelho nesta segunda volta das presidenciais. Para Artur Lopes, o objetivo da mesma é «manter uma dinâmica de diálogo com a sociedade e de contacto direto com os cidadãos» e «criar um espaço de reflexão sobre aquilo que, no atual quadro europeu e mundial, podemos esperar de um presidente com o perfil institucionalista, o sentido de Estado, a experiência internacional e a mundividência», de António José Seguro.
Recorde-se que, na primeira volta, Seguro venceu em Famalicão (em 35 das 39 freguesias), com 25.504 dos votos, o equivalente a 30,98% dos votos expressos. André Ventura foi segundo e conquistou 18.311 votos (22,25%).
Cinquenta anos depois do rastilho que deu origem a este grande projeto educativo, que marcou gerações de pessoas e toda uma região, a Didáxis continua a apostar nos mesmos valores. José Lopes, presidente do conselho de administração, explica que «há uma articulação entre exigência académica e formação humana». Por isso, a definição perfeita «é que a Didáxis é mais do que uma escola».
Atualmente, a Didáxis tem dois projetos diferenciadores: o Colégio, com ensino privado do 1.º ano ao 12.º ano, e tem a Escola Profissional, com vários cursos.
Relativamente ao Colégio, que tem centenas de alunos, o projeto será consolidado com a abertura (em princípio em 2027) das valências de creche e de jardim de infância. Com este projeto para a infância, a Didáxis passará a ter todos os níveis educativos.
O Ensino Profissional mantém a oferta dos anos anteriores, com vários cursos de referência. Mas esta oferta formativa vai melhorar com a abertura de um Centro Tecnológico Especializado (CTE), cujas obras terminam em final de março. Quer dizer que os cursos de Cozinha e Restauração e o de Mecatrónica Automóvel «vai ficar com equipamento de topo, o que vai proporcionar aos nossos alunos uma formação cada vez mais de excelência», salienta José Lopes que preside ao Conselho de Administração, com Paula Pereira e Carla Andreia.
Um novo Centro Tecnológico Especializado (CTE) na área industrial
Além dos bons espaços e equipamentos, o presidente do conselho de administração da Didáxis realça a importância dos parceiros para uma boa formação profissional. «Ouvimos as empresas e procurámos ir ao encontro daquilo que elas precisam», afirma.
Para os alunos, os estágios são períodos para teste de conhecimentos, para reforço da aprendizagem, de entrosamento com o mundo profissional e de crescimento pessoal. Por exemplo, «vamos ter alunos da área de Cozinha e Restauração em estágios na Itália e na Turquia», revela.
Escola tem transporte próprio
Como diz a presidente da Associação de Estudantes, Frederica Azevedo, «as instalações são perfeitas». Algo que José Lopes concorda na totalidade. «Todos os anos investimos muito nas salas de aula e em tecnologia de última geração, para que os nossos alunos e os nossos professores possam atingir a excelência. É uma premissa do conselho de administração e da direção pedagógica. Todos os anos fazemos essa atualização para acompanharmos a evolução», realça.
Outra mais-valia da Didáxis é o transporte próprio, o que lhe permite ter alunos de vários pontos geográficos, beneficiando também da boa localização.
A Escola tem, também, alunos do outro lado do mundo, mais propriamente de Timor Leste, através de uma parceria com uma instituição daquele país. Segundo o presidente do conselho de administração, a experiência está a ser positiva, de tal forma que espera no futuro ter mais alunos daquele país.
Didáxis foi resiliente e teve capacidade de se reinventar
A Didáxis atravessa continentes, mas foi preciso muita «resiliência e capacidade de reinvenção», refere José Lopes, para resistir aos problemas do fim do contrato de associação, imposto pelo Governo, em 2016, que obrigou a Didáxis a procurar outros caminhos. «Foi a experiência adquirida ao longo destes 50 anos que nos deu a sabedoria para respondermos às exigências deste tempo; foi pela observância dos valores humanistas que tivemos capacidade de crescer. Não só resistimos como nos reinventamos, para hoje estarmos aqui com muita confiança, capacidade de inovação permanente, com projetos, a crescer de forma sustentada. É um ADN próprio que muito nos orgulha», menciona.
O presidente do conselho de administração da Didáxis revela que a Escola está disponível e tem capacidade para absorver mais alunos, se o Governo voltar a implementar os contratos de associação com estabelecimentos de ensino privados e cooperativos. Aliás, considera que na zona de Riba de Ave «é fundamental» que exista ensino secundário de caraterísticas públicas para que os encarregados de educação não tenham que levar os alunos para fora do concelho. «Podiam perfeitamente estar cá. Temos condições para isso, experiência de muitos anos, bons recursos humanos, e uma forte ligação à comunidade», destaca.
Precisamente, a comunidade de Riba de Ave ressentiu-se com o fim dos contratos de associação. O impacto foi imenso, até do ponto de vista humano e populacional. Mas, a Didáxis, nas palavras de José Lopes, continua de braços abertos para a sua comunidade. A prova é que cede alguns dos seus espaços (campo sintético, sala de organização de eventos, pavilhão, sala de dança, espaço do refeitório) para iniciativas diversas.
