O centro de vacinação de Vila Nova de Famalicão, localizado em Vale S. Cosme regista, esta sexta-feira, dia 12 de novembro, um tempo de espera que excede uma hora.
O espaço de vacinação encontra-se a administrar simultaneamente a terceira dose contra a Covid-19 e as vacinas da gripe.
Recorde-se que, este fim de semana, todos os Centros de Vacinação estão a funcionar com horário alargado.
Esta sexta-feira, dia 12 de novembro, a Assembleia da República chumbou quatro projetos de lei do BE, PCP, PEV e PAN referentes à redução da idade de reforma das pessoas com deficiência e das condições de acesso à pensão.
O projeto de lei do PCP foi rejeitado pelo PSD e pelo CDS-PP. O PS e o BE abstiveram-se. O diploma do BE foi chumbado com a abstenção do PS e com os votos contra do CDS-PP e PSD. A proposta apresentada pelo Partido Ecologista “Os Verdes” (PEV) foi também rejeitado pelo PSD e pelo CDS-PP. O PS e o BE abstiveram-se. Da mesma forma, o projeto do Partido Pessoas-Animais-Natureza (PAN), foi chumbado pelos votos contra do PSD e CDS-PP, com a abstenção do PS.
O PEV considera que as reformas deviam ser atribuídas, sem penalizações, desde que os trabalhadores apresentem, pelo menos 60 anos, e uma deficiência ou grau de incapacidade igual ou superior a 60%. O Partido Comunista defende a necessidade de criação de um regime de acesso à reforma antecipada por parte destas pessoas. O BE defende a diminuição geral da idade de reforma para os 65 anos.
De acordo com a resolução do Conselho de Ministros publicada, com efeitos a partir da data de aprovação, dia 4 de novembro, cada táxi vai receber um apoio extraordinário de 190 euros e cada autocarro vai receber 1.050 euros. Os apoios visam contrariar os efeitos da subida de preços dos combustíveis.
O apoio “é conferido a veículos que utilizem combustíveis fósseis e que comprovadamente tenham a inspeção periódica obrigatória válida, tendo os respetivos montantes sido calculados com base num valor de 10 cêntimos por litro, assumindo consumos de 380 litros por mês no táxi e de 2.100 litros por mês nos autocarros, tendo por referência o período entre 01 de novembro de 2021 e 31 de março de 2022”, explica o documento.
O Fundo Ambiental é responsável por suportar a medida. O valor é cedido este ano, depois dos veículos com os requisitos estabelecidos forem validados. Os condutores têm até 30 de novembro para enviarem o formulário de inscrição no site do Fundo Ambiental e a informação necessária à operacionalização do apoio.
Os apoios extraordinários não podem ultrapassar 2.5 milhões de euros no caso dos táxis e os 12 milhões para os autocarros.
