A Associação Famalicense de Prevenção e Apoio à Deficiência (AFPAD) revela que está a ser alvo de denúncia caluniosa por parte de terceiros, atualmente externos à instituição, sem especificar quais os factos caluniosos.
«Pela estima e consideração para com as famílias dos clientes, colaboradores, associados e comunidade, lamentamos o incómodo desta inusitada situação, para o qual já se iniciou processo jurídico para a restituição da verdade dos factos», refere a instituição, em comunicado.
A direção da AFPAD lembra que tem um trabalho de 20 anos, reconhecido pela comunidade.
O Governo deverá decretar, esta quarta-feira, medidas de confinamento geral que podem durar um mês. Depois de ouvir diversos especialistas e os partidos, serão avaliadas as medidas a tomar, sendo que deverão ser semelhantes àquelas que foram tomadas em abril/maio. No entanto, tudo aponta que as escolas para crianças até aos 12 deverão manter-se com aulas presenciais.
Mesmo com confinamento, a previsão é de 14 mil casos de infeção por dia no país dentro de duas semanas, com 140 a 150 mortes.
Estas medidas surgem depois de uma tendência crescente de infetados e mortes. A região Norte está com um nível de crescimento alto, superior a 30% em grande parte do território.
Segundo a Administração Regional de Saúde ARS Norte, em informação avançada à Agência Lusa, havia, na terça-feira, 54 surtos ativos de covid-19 em lares de idosos no Norte do país, num total de 1.101 casos positivos confirmados.
Estes dados são avançados no dia em que se registou um novo recorde de mortes pelo covid-19: 155 pessoas. Desde o início da pandemia, Portugal registou mais de 8 mil mortes e quase meio milhão de infeções.
A região Norte (segundo dados desta terça-feira) é aquela que regista mais mortes desde o início da pandemia, com 3.533. Na terça-feira contabilizou mais 36 óbitos. É também no Norte que está o maior número de infetados; até ao momento foram contabilizados 238.581. Esta terça-feira, foram mais 2.180 casos confirmados.
A PRO.VAR – Promover e Inovar a Restauração Nacional avisou hoje que os despedimentos no setor podem ultrapassar os 100.000, no primeiro trimestre deste ano, segundo um inquérito realizado a empresários da restauração, com especial incidência nos restaurantes.
“Os empresários da restauração, com especial incidência nos restaurantes, afirmam que terão de despedir entre três a quatro trabalhadores por estabelecimento, o que se prevê que os despedimentos ultrapassem os 100.000 trabalhadores neste primeiro trimestre”, alertou a associação, com base nos resultados de um inquérito realizado entre os dias 04 e 10 de janeiro, com respostas válidas de 542 estabelecimentos de restauração, aos quais perguntou se “com as mesmas perdas e sem apoios, vai ter de despedir?”.
Face à iminência de um novo confinamento geral, semelhante ao da primavera e que prevê o encerramento dos estabelecimentos de restauração, a PRO.VAR lembrou que o setor “está exausto” após “dez meses de restrições ‘severas’ acompanhadas de apoios insuficientes”.
A associação alertou também para as novas consequências de um segundo confinamento, uma vez que “o setor está sem ‘saúde’ financeira e mental, e, portanto, sem liquidez e com ‘stress’ acumulado”.
Segundo aquela associação, a maioria das empresas da restauração consideram que a modalidade de ‘take-away’ “não é solução”, já que ficam apenas com as cozinhas a funcionar, com menos trabalhadores, mas com mais custos, preferindo, então, encerrar totalmente.
Neste sentido, a PRO.VAR pede ao Governo que apoie as empresas do setor “com caráter imediato” e propõe a “criação de um APOIAR 2.0, para o último trimestre de 2020, atribuindo um apoio de 280 milhões de euros (apoio a fundo perdido dos custos fixos, com idêntica base de cálculo, 20% das perdas que se estimam serem de 1,4 mil milhões de euros, resultado de 70% de perda homóloga no valor de dois mil milhões de euros), dividido por escalões que contemplem tetos diferentes para perdas superiores a 25% e 40%”.
Caso o Governo não injete liquidez adequada e imediata nas empresas, prosseguiu, “cerca de um terço das empresas do setor da restauração que já se encontram em incumprimento com o Estado, trabalhadores e fornecedores, colocam a hipótese de não reabrir” depois de um novo confinamento.
A PRO-VAR estima, ainda, que, em relação aos incumprimentos, “a situação fique descontrolada, pois mais de dois terços (70,1%) das empresas dizem não estar em condições de cumprir com obrigações futuras”.
“O enfraquecimento e desaparecimento de milhares de microempresas deixarão marcas profundas, estaremos à beira do fim de um setor tal como o conhecemos, correndo sérios riscos de perdermos competitividade e influência para os mais diretos concorrentes, deixando de estar no ‘radar’ dos principais destinos turísticos mundiais”, acrescentou.
O primeiro-ministro, António Costa, afirmou hoje que há um grande consenso para que as medidas de confinamento geral a decretar tenham um horizonte de um mês e que Portugal regista uma dinâmica de “fortíssimo crescimento” de casos de covid-19.
Perante os jornalistas, no final de mais uma reunião destinada a analisar a evolução da situação epidemiológica em Portugal, no Infarmed, em Lisboa, o primeiro-ministro considerou que se revelaram insuficientes as medidas de confinamento ao fim de semana até agora adotadas, mas que “permitiram controlar a segunda vaga”.
“Neste momento, temos de ir mais além”, acrescentou António Costa.

A vela de incandescência como a conhecemos hoje foi aperfeiçoada em 1946 por Ray Arden, um engenheiro americano. A vela é baseada em um princípio simples de física e química, ou seja, a platina na presença de metanol torna-se espontaneamente incandescente. A platina é um dos metais mais pesados. Pode ser trabalhado e moldado em qualquer formato, transforma-se em filamentos ou folhas muito finos e não sofre corrosão.
Actualmente, as velas de incandescência desempenham um papel importante nos motores diesel modernos. A função desse componente é aquecer o ar ao redor da saída do injector, seja nas câmaras de combustão ou nas pré-câmaras, para facilitar a injecção de combustível. A vida útil das velas de incandescência atinge 60.000 quilómetros e é altamente dependente do modelo do carro, projecto do motor, condições meteorológicas, etc.
É importante conhecer algumas características das velas de incandescência com defeito.
Quando com defeito, a partida e a aceleração do motor podem ser afetadas. Sons estranhos ao dar a partida, motor funcionando irregularmente e dificuldade de engate podem ser sintomas de problemas com velas de incandescência. Preste atenção também à luz das velas no painel do veículo, que geralmente aparece como uma linha ondulada. Se ele começar a piscar ou piscar de forma intermitente, procure a ajuda de um especialista para verificar a operação desses componentes.
Veja se, em dias frios, o veículo não dá partida ou parece uma partida pesada. Em vez de um som de ignição constante, um som de “tosse” será ouvido, e cada som do motor geralmente tornará isso mais evidente. O som é talvez o sintoma mais alarmante e claro de velas quebradas. Se o motor exigir várias tentativas de engate, é um sinal de que há problemas com as velas de incandescência.
Observe a forma como o carro acelera durante a condução. Se conseguir ligar o motor, observe qualquer comportamento estranho do carro. Se ele balançar, estalar ou soar mais alto e ainda menos normal, suas velas podem estar ruins. Os solavancos e estalos podem soar como se houvesse pouco combustível ou serão menos evidentes, como um veículo que “morre” em minutos.
Veja a luz da vela incandescente no painel de instrumentos, que geralmente se parece com uma linha ondulada. Se a luz acender e apagar intermitentemente, observe quando ela acende ou apaga. Saber esse momento pode ajudá-lo a tentar descobrir quais forças externas podem estar influenciando o mau funcionamento da vela de incandescência.
É possível verificar e substituir as velas de incandescência sem ajuda?
Não é aconselhável examinar ou substituir as velas de incandescência sem ajuda. É necessário ter certas habilidades e ter informações sobre os parâmetros nominais das peças a serem inspeccionadas e será necessário equipamento especial para remover a vela de incandescência.
As velas de incandescência são cobertas por depósitos de carvão durante a operação e também estão firmemente fixadas em seus locais de instalação. Por isso, existe um grande risco de danificar as pontas das velas quando desaparafusadas, o que pode levar à necessidade de desmontar a tampa do cabeçote e corrigi-la.
É por isso que é melhor confiar esses trabalhos a profissionais. Eles verificarão as velas incandescentes quanto a quebras na fiação com a ajuda de um multímetro e farão um diagnóstico computadorizado, se necessário.
É aconselhável que você prefira produtos de marcas famosas ao seleccionar velas de incandescência. Porém, ao adquirir os componentes, considere sua classificação de aquecimento, compatibilidade com o tipo de motor, com os parâmetros e dimensões da rosca. Lembre-se que o conjunto de velas deve ser substituído em caso de falha de uma.
Os portugueses utilizaram menos a máscara de proteção contra a covid-19 nas semanas que coincidiram com o Natal e o Ano Novo, segundo um estudo hoje divulgado pela Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública (ENSP) da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
Os números foram também apresentados pela diretora da ENSP, Carla Nunes, na reunião no Infarmed entre políticos, epidemiologistas e especialistas em saúde pública sobre a evolução da pandemia, na qual observou que “o número de pessoas que reporta utilizar ‘sempre’ a máscara quando sai de casa e está com outras pessoas que não vivem consigo diminui 10,4% nas últimas duas quinzenas”, passando de 86,7% na quinzena de 28 novembro a 11 de dezembro para 76,3% na quinzena entre 26 de dezembro e 08 de janeiro.
Além deste dado, o estudo sobre as perceções sociais em relação à covid-19 evidenciou que na última quinzena houve 60% das pessoas que estiveram num grupo com 10 ou mais pessoas que revelaram não ter tido sempre a máscara colocada no rosto, o que se traduz num crescimento de 33,6%.
Os dados dizem respeito a 528 respostas recolhidas entre 12 dezembro de 2020 e 08 de janeiro deste ano.
Quanto às vacinas que estão a ser desenvolvidas contra a covid-19 e que começaram a ser administradas em Portugal a partir de 27 de dezembro – com prioridade aos profissionais de saúde e que entretanto já se alargou aos lares de idosos -, Carla Nunes realçou uma evolução positiva tanto ao nível da confiança na segurança e na eficácia das mesmas, como na intenção de serem abrangidas pela campanha de vacinação.
De acordo com a diretora da ENSP, as pessoas que respondem “’muito confiante ou confiante’ estão a ganhar espaço” na amostra, representando 84,1%, sendo que apenas 15,9% das pessoas indicam estar ‘pouco ou nada confiante’ ao nível da segurança e eficácia da vacina.
“Em relação à intenção de tomar a vacina, vemos um padrão muito claro no sentido de tomar a vacina logo que esteja disponível. Estamos com 65,8% de pessoas que dizem que querem tomar logo que seja possível”, finalizou.
Em Portugal, morreram 7.925 pessoas dos 489.293 casos de infeção confirmados, de acordo com o boletim mais recente da Direção-Geral da Saúde.
O estado de emergência decretado em 9 de novembro para combater a pandemia foi renovado com efeitos desde as 00:00 de 8 de janeiro, até dia 15.
Nas últimas 24 horas, Portugal atingiu um novo máximo de óbitos pela covid-19: 155.
Segundo o último boletim da Direção-Geral de Saúde registam-se 7259 casos de infeção. Recuperados 6028.
Do total de infetados, 2180 são na região norte.
