Um homem foi encontrado sem vida num quarto de um hotel bracarense, ao final do dia desta terça-feira.
A TVI avança que as autoridades suspeitam que o hospede terá sido morto por uma mulher, também ela instalada naquela unidade hoteleira.
O corpo já foi levado para a morgue e deverá ser autopsiado nas próximas horas. A PJ está a investigar o caso, tendo estado no local onde terá acontecido o crime a recolher elementos.
A partir de hoje já pode utilizar trotinetes elétricas partilhadas na cidade de Braga. A CIRC é a primeira empresa a obter autorização da Câmara Municipal de Braga para este efeito.
Em comunicado, aquela empresa aponta que o lançamento do projeto tem ainda o objetivo de estudar a quantidade de trotinetes a disponibilizar e o número de pontos de partilha que este novo modo de transporte irá ter na cidade.
A empresa informa que a “avaliação e os seus resultados serão anunciados em setembro”.
A CIRC, de acordo com a empresa, é uma das marcas de trotinetes eléctricas líder em Portugal, estando já presente em Lisboa, Cascais, Almada, Faro, Portimão, Coimbra, Figueira da Foz, Matosinhos, Vila Nova de Gaia, Maia, Gondomar e agora Braga.
As trotinetes da CIRC ficam disponíveis em 25 lugares que antes eram de estacionamento para automóveis e que foram convertidos em pontos de partilha de trotinetes.

A Proteção Civil alertou hoje para o agravamento do risco de incêndio até sexta-feira para valores “muito elevados a máximos” em todo o território, com o aumento da temperatura e a diminuição da humidade.
Num “aviso à população” hoje emitido pela Autoridade Nacional de Emergência e Proteção Civil (ANEPC) é referido que, de acordo com informações do Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera (IPMA), até sexta-feira a temperatura vai subir, variando entre os 30 e os 35 graus, podendo atingir valores superiores no interior.
Ainda segundo os dados fornecidos pelo IPMA, o valor da humidade relativa do ar diminuirá para entre 20% e 30% e mesmo durante a noite não se registarão valores superiores a 50%, inclusivamente no litoral.
O vento deverá ser fraco a moderado, temporariamente com rajadas fortes, até 40 km/h.

Como “efeitos expectáveis” destas condições meteorológicas, a Proteção Civil aponta o “incremento do perigo de incêndio para valores muito elevados a máximos, na generalidade do território” e o “aumento das ignições”.
A ANEPC recorda que durante o período crítico de incêndios, entre 01 de julho e 30 de setembro, é proibido fazer queimadas extensivas ou queima de amontoados sem autorização, não é permitido utilizar fogareiros e grelhadores nas zonas críticas do espaço rural, nem fumar ou fazer qualquer tipo de lume nos espaços florestais.
É igualmente proibido lançar balões de mecha acesa e foguetes, “fumigar ou desinfestar apiários exceto se os fumigadores tiverem dispositivos de retenção de faúlhas”, usar motorroçadoras (exceto se possuírem fio de nylon), corta-matos e destroçadores.
O uso de fogo-de-artifício só é permitido com autorização da câmara municipal.
A Proteção Civil recomenda ainda “a adequação dos comportamentos e atitudes face à situação de perigo de incêndio rural, nomeadamente através da adoção das necessárias medidas de prevenção e precaução, na utilização do fogo em espaços rurais, observando as restrições em vigor e tomando especial atenção à evolução do perigo de incêndio para os próximos dias”.
Dezassete distritos de Portugal continental e o arquipélago da Madeira apresentam hoje um risco muito elevado de exposição à radiação ultravioleta (UV), segundo o Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera (IPMA).
No continente apenas Viana do Castelo apresenta hoje risco elevado, estando os restantes 17 distritos com níveis muito elevados bem como o arquipélago da Madeira.
No arquipélago dos Açores, as ilhas das Flores, Faial e Terceira apresentam hoje risco moderado enquanto São Miguel está com níveis baixos.
O índice ultravioleta varia entre 1 e 2, em que o risco de exposição à radiação UV é baixo, 3 a 5 (moderado), 6 a 7 (elevado), 8 a 10 (muito elevado) e superior a 11 (extremo).
Para as regiões com risco muito elevado e elevado, o IPMA recomenda a utilização de óculos de sol com filtro UV, chapéu, ‘t-shirt’, guarda-sol, protetor solar e evitar a exposição das crianças ao Sol.
O cálculo é feito com base nos valores observados às 13:00 de cada dia relativamente à temperatura do ar, humidade relativa, velocidade do vento e quantidade de precipitação nas últimas 24 horas.
O IPMA prevê para hoje em Portugal continental céu pouco nublado ou limpo e vento fraco a moderado do quadrante norte, sendo de sudoeste no sotavento algarvio durante a tarde, soprando moderado a forte na faixa costeira ocidental a sul do Cabo Carvoeiro e nas terras altas até ao início da manhã e durante a tarde.
A previsão aponta ainda para a possibilidade de formação de neblina ou nevoeiro matinal em alguns locais do litoral Centro e subida da temperatura máxima, exceto na costa sul do Algarve, que será acentuada em algumas regiões do Norte e Centro.
As temperaturas mínimas no continente vão oscilar entre os 11 graus Celsius (em Coimbra) e os 18 (em Faro) e as máximas entre os 25 (em Aveiro) e os 34 (em Évora, Beja, Santarém e Castelo Branco).
Para a Madeira prevê-se céu muito nublado, possibilidade de ocorrência de precipitação fraca, mais frequente nas vertentes norte e na ilha do Porto Santo, vento fraco a moderado do quadrante leste, aumentando para moderado nas terras altas para o fim do dia e pequena descida da temperatura máxima.
Na Madeira as temperaturas vão variar entre os 22 e os 28 graus e no Porto Santo entre os 21 e os 26 graus.
No que diz respeito aos Açores, o IPMA prevê para hoje céu muito nublado, com abertas para a tarde, períodos de chuva e aguaceiros durante a madrugada e manhã e vento leste moderado a fresco com rajadas até 50 quilómetros por hora.
Quanto às temperaturas, em Santa Cruz das Flores e na Horta vão oscilar entre os 20 e os 26 graus, em Angra do Heroísmo entre os 20 e os 23 e em Ponta Delgada entre os 19 e os 24.
Na quarta-feira, o aviso amarelo abrange os distritos de Évora, Porto, Setúbal, Santarém, Lisboa, Leiria, Beja, Coimbra e Braga e vai estar em vigor entre as 10:00 e as 18:00 de quinta-feira.
Para quinta-feira, o IPMA emitiu aviso amarelo (entre as 10:00 e as 18:00 deste dia) para os distritos de Bragança, Viseu, Guarda, Vila Real, Viana do Castelo, Aveiro, Castelo Branco e Portalegre.
Faro é o único distrito que não vai estar sob aviso amarelo quarta e quinta-feira.
Os 17 distritos vão estar sob aviso amarelo devido à persistência de valores elevados das temperaturas máximas.
Segundo o IPMA, as temperaturas máximas vão subir a partir de hoje entre 04 e 08 graus Celsius em algumas regiões do continente e na quarta-feira prevê-se um aumento das mínimas com noites tropicais.
Na região sul, a subida da temperatura máxima será mais pequena entre os 02 e os 04 graus.
O aviso amarelo, o terceiro de uma escala de quatro, revela situação de risco para determinadas atividades dependentes da situação meteorológica.
