O Chega de Famalicão entregou na Câmara Municipal uma proposta para reduzir o IMI para 0,3%, o valor mínimo permitido por lei. A proposta será discutida na próxima reunião de Câmara.
O partido diz que, com o aumento do custo de vida, as famílias não devem continuar a pagar tanto imposto. “O IMI é um confisco anual disfarçado”, refere o Chega.
A proposta inclui ainda a criação de um grupo de trabalho para cortar despesas desnecessárias e avaliar o impacto da medida nas contas da Câmara.
Segundo o partido, é possível baixar impostos sem prejudicar os serviços públicos. O objetivo é ajudar a classe média e aumentar o poder de compra das famílias famalicenses.
Os Bombeiros Voluntários de Riba d’Ave foram acionados, cerca das 12h30, para um incêndio numa oficina, localizada na Avenida do Loureiro, em Delães, Famalicão.
As primeiras informações dão conta que a oficina funciona junta a uma moradia, sendo que a zona habitacional também se encontra ameaçada pelas chamas.
A Junta de Freguesia de Novais passa a disponibilizar atendimento administrativo ao domicílio para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou que, por motivos justificados, não consigam deslocar-se à sede da Junta.
O serviço, de caráter excecional, garante que todos podem tratar dos seus assuntos junto da Freguesia. Foi hoje lançada a Loja de Cidadão Virtual, que reúne 150 serviços públicos online, a maioria direcionados a empresas. Entre os serviços disponíveis estão a alteração da morada do Cartão de Cidadão, a renovação da Carta de Condução ou a criação de uma empresa online.
A plataforma permite atendimento por videochamada em 22 serviços, mediante marcação, replicando a experiência das Lojas de Cidadão físicas. O objetivo do Governo é tornar todos os serviços públicos acessíveis digitalmente até 2030, facilitando a relação de cidadãos e empresas com a Administração Pública.

A Associação de Diabéticos de Vila Nova de Famalicão vai assinalar o Dia Mundial da Diabetes esta sexta-feira, 14 de novembro, com o tema “Diabetes e Bem-Estar: Unidos pela Diabetes – Famalicão Azul”.
Devido ao mau tempo previsto, as atividades e rastreios que iam decorrer no centro da cidade não vão acontecer. Quem quiser participar pode dirigir-se às farmácias aderentes, onde todos os rastreios e ações continuam normalmente.
O objetivo desta iniciativa é alertar para a diabetes, ensinar a reconhecer os sinais da doença e mostrar como prevenir complicações. Nas farmácias, os participantes poderão fazer medições de glicemia, tensão arterial e índice de massa corporal, além de receber dicas de alimentação saudável e de prática de exercício físico.
O Dia Mundial da Diabetes é celebrado em todo o mundo a 14 de novembro, em memória de Sir Frederick Banting, um dos descobridores da insulina. A cor azul, símbolo desta campanha, representa a união e a esperança na luta contra a doença.
