Sob o tema “Sonhos, Pontes e Diversidade”, tem lugar, no dia 4 de julho, na Universidade Lusíada de Famalicão, o “II Congresso Internacional: Educação Inclusiva”; iniciativa organizada pelo Município de Famalicão, os Agrupamentos de Escolas do concelho e pelo Centro de Formação de Associações Escolares de Vila Nova de Famalicão.
Estarão presentes especialistas, investigadores, educadores e demais profissionais da área da educação, proporcionando um espaço privilegiado de reflexão, debate e partilha de boas práticas sobre educação inclusiva, tanto a nível nacional como internacional.
A sessão de abertura está marcada para as 09h30 e contará com as intervenções da Secretária de Estado da Ação Social e da Inclusão, Clara Marques Mendes, da subdiretora-geral da Direção-Geral da Educação, Maria João Horta, e do vice-chanceler da Universidade Lusíada, José Matos Correia.
Luís Bezerra, natural de Vila Nova de Famalicão, com 27 anos, foi distinguido pela revista Forbes Portugal como um dos talentos da lista “30 Under 30”, na categoria de Marketing e Publicidade. Luís Bezerra é diretor de Marketing da empresa QUAD Sports, na qual desempenha funções há mais de 3 anos. Esta empresa conquistou reputação pelo seu posicionamento, campanhas inovadoras que aliaram a qualidade, a inovação e a tecnologia, com uma forte aposta no storytelling e no marketing de influência.
O premiado confessa que «é uma honra enorme ser reconhecido pela Revista Forbes, e integrar esta lista ao lado de jovens empreendedores, trabalhadores e criativos que tanto admiro. Luís Bezerra integra a 3.ª edição desta lista, com um grupo restrito de jovens portugueses. A lista foi conhecida esta terça-feira, na edição de junho /julho da Revista Forbes.
Este jovem famalicense é licenciado em Gestão de Marketing pelo IPAM Porto, e com uma pós-gradução em Direção Comercial e Marketing pelo ISAG Porto; iniciou a sua carreira na área do marketing em 2018 como estagiário de Marketing numa agência de comunicação, assumiu funções de Marketeer do Grupo Moutados (Hotel Moutados e Restaurante Moutados em Famalicão) até chegar a diretor de Marketing da QUAD Sports.
Os campeões famalicenses já podem candidatar-se ao “Famalicense D’Ouro”, galardão municipal que será entregue na noite do dia 9 de novembro, no Pavilhão Municipal, no decurso da 10ª edição da Gala do Desporto de Famalicão. As inscrições e candidaturas podem ser feitas até 15 de setembro, através do formulário disponível no site da autarquia, em www.famalicao.pt, onde também é possível concorrer ao galardão do júri.
A décima edição da Gala do Desporto, organizada pela autarquia famalicense, volta a homenagear dirigentes, treinadores, atletas e árbitros, bem como associações e clubes do concelho que, nas épocas desportivas 2024 e 2024/2025, se destacaram pelos resultados nacionais e internacionais.
Também serão atribuídos os galardões do júri à candidatura mais votada em cada uma das oito categorias a concurso: “Associação/Clube Desportivo do Ano”, “Dirigente do Ano”, “Treinador do Ano”, “Atleta Revelação do Ano Feminino”, “Atleta Revelação do Ano Masculino”, “Árbitro do Ano”, “Evento Desportivo do Ano” e “Prémio Excelência”. O “Evento Desportivo do Ano” volta a ser eleito por votação online do público, entre as três candidaturas mais pontuadas pelo júri.
No ano passado foram homenageados 215 atletas, técnicos, associações, clubes e dirigentes desportivos, pelos títulos nacionais e internacionais alcançados em 34 modalidades desportivas na época 2023 e 2023/2024. Destaque também para a atribuição do “Prémio Excelência” à AFSA – Associação de Futebol de Salão Amador de Vila Nova de Famalicão.
Artur Passos tomou posse, esta segunda-feira, como novo diretor do Agrupamento de Escolas D. Sancho I, para o quadriénio 2025-29. A sessão foi conduzida pela presidente do Conselho Geral, Isabel Columbano, que sublinhou a confiança depositada no novo responsável, destacando a sua dedicação e reconhecida capacidade de liderança.
O novo diretor, que sucede a Helena Pereira, assumiu o compromisso de dar continuidade ao trabalho realizado, enfatizando a importância da colaboração de toda a comunidade educativa e do apoio a todos os alunos, «especialmente àqueles que enfrentam maiores dificuldades».
A sua visão estratégica para o Agrupamento assenta numa «educação centrada na formação para a cidadania; jardins-de-infância e escolas do 1.º ciclo com maior aposta em atividades experimentais; um 2.º ciclo promotor do sucesso educativo; uma escola secundária de referência na preparação para o ensino superior; a valorização contínua do ensino profissional, do ensino recorrente e da educação de adultos; o reforço do dinamismo e da coesão interna; e a melhoria constante das infraestruturas». Compromete-se em introduzir práticas pedagógicas inovadoras, o reforço do apoio aos alunos, a formação contínua dos profissionais e a «afirmação do Agrupamento como referência educativa na comunidade local»; sublinhou a relevância de valores como a «inclusão, o respeito, a exigência e a excelência».
Perante uma plateia numerosa, defendeu uma liderança assente no «rigor, na transparência e no serviço público», demonstrando confiança na equipa que lidera.
A cerimónia contou ainda com a intervenção do presidente da Câmara Municipal, Mário Passos, que dirigiu palavras de apreço à professora Helena Pereira e assegurou apoio da autarquia ao novo diretor. Marcaram presença, na tomada de posse, representantes de diversas instituições e entidades locais, incluindo autarcas, diretores de escolas e agrupamentos, professores, assistentes, pais, encarregados de educação e alunos.
O selecionador nacional, Paulo Freitas, anunciou esta segunda-feira, no salão nobre da Câmara Municipal de Paredes, os dez convocados que, de 1 a 6 de setembro, vão disputar o Campeonato da Europa de hóquei em patins. A competição realiza-se no Pavilhão Rota dos Móveis, na mesma cidade.
Dos convocados consta Gonçalo Alves, famalicense que representa o FC Porto. O hoquista, uma das referências da modalidade, já soma 132 internacionalizações e um total de 188 golos por Portugal.
O famalicense festejou, recentemente, o bicampeonato nacional ao serviço do emblema portista.
A coligação “Mais Ação. Mais Famalicão -PSD-CDS/PP” continua a apostar em Liliana Ribeiro para a Junta da União de Freguesias de Carreira e Bente. A atual autarca apresentou, no passado sábado, a sua recandidatura para «servir com a mesma dedicação e vontade de trabalhar», garante. Aposta na continuidade da melhoria dos acessos, na valorização dos espaços verdes e na criação de novas respostas sociais, para os mais jovens e para a população sénior. «Estes são compromissos claros que levamos no coração e que queremos concretizar com todos», afirmou a candidata, destacando a criação de uma nova creche, a cobertura do campo desportivo, o alargamento e a requalificação do adro da igreja da Carreira, a conclusão da rede de saneamento, a continuidade da requalificação de ruas e passeios, o reforço do apoio ao associativismo local.
Liliana Ribeiro acredita que o trabalho feito ao longo dos últimos quatro anos é argumento forte para a reeleição, sublinhando o investimento na melhoria da rede viária, dos espaços de lazer e no apoio às coletividades. «Hoje, aqui, reafirmo a minha total disponibilidade para continuar a servir Carreira e Bente, com a mesma dedicação e vontade de trabalhar. Porque acredito na nossa freguesia, nas nossas pessoas e na força do trabalho em equipa», realçou.
O presidente da Câmara Municipal e recandidato pela coligação “Mais Ação. Mais Famalicão”, Mário Passos, enaltece o trabalho da autarca local, sublinhando que «a Liliana é o exemplo de uma liderança próxima, dedicada e com provas dadas. Carreira e Bente são hoje freguesias mais coesas e com mais qualidade de vida graças a um trabalho sério, feito com e para as pessoas. É com orgulho que caminhamos juntos neste projeto de futuro».
