Os comboios estão parados em todo o país por causa da greve na CP. Segundo a Federação dos Sindicatos dos Transportes e Comunicações a adesão é de 100%.
A greve dos trabalhadores da CP, que se prolonga até 14 de maio, terá um especial impacto esta quarta e quinta-feira, devido ao maior número de sindicatos (14) que aderiram à paralisação.
A esta greve junta-se, hoje e quinta-feira, a paralisação convocada pelo Sindicato dos Maquinistas e, até 14 de maio, a convocada pelo Sindicato Ferroviário da Revisão Comercial Itinerante.
As greves não têm serviços mínimos, segundo decisão do Tribunal Arbitral.
Os sindicatos estão contra a imposição de aumentos salariais, «que não repõem o poder de compra», querem «a negociação coletiva de aumentos salariais dignos» e a «implementação do acordo de reestruturação das tabelas salariais, nos termos em que foi negociado e acordado».
A AFPAD assinalou o Dia da Mãe com uma festa na instituição. Os jovens prepararam, com todo o amor e dedicação, o Chá do Dia das Mães, um momento especial que refletiu a importância destes laços inquebráveis. Mas houve outras atividades, realizadas por mães e filhos, que se tornaram em momentos de partilha.

O treinador deixa o clube “com uma marca inesquecível”, como refere a direção. A Mercadona vai abrir no dia 21 de maio, pelas 9 horas, uma loja em Fafe, a primeira do município. No âmbito desta abertura, a empresa assinou um protocolo de colaboração com a Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Fafe.
A doação de alimentos é uma das estratégias da Mercadona para a prevenção do desperdício alimentar e faz parte do compromisso que a empresa mantém com a Sociedade: partilhar parte do que dela recebe. Com este objetivo, a empresa desenvolve o seu Plano de Responsabilidade Social, no qual estão inseridas as doações alimentares a partir de cada uma das suas 62 lojas abertas, além de várias outras ações pontuais.
A nova loja doará, diariamente e desde o primeiro dia, bens de primeira necessidade a esta instituição que ajuda mais de 700 pessoas e que se tornou num importante espaço de resposta social na comunidade envolvente, funcionando como creche, centro de dia, estrutura residencial para idosos, serviço de apoio domiciliário e cantina social.
António Soares Peixoto, Provedor da Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Fafe agradece a parceria e destaca “a distribuição pelas várias valências que nos estão afetas, (crianças, jovens e idosos), pessoas em situação débil, de carência e vulnerabilidade, produtos variados e essenciais, que vão ser um grande benefício e um valor acrescido, com ganhos adicionais, muito valorizados e apreciados”.

Responsabilidade Social Empresarial
Sob a premissa de “Partilhar com a Sociedade parte do que dela recebe”, o trajeto da Mercadona contempla a aplicação de um Plano de Ação Social, no qual se incluem as doações de alimentos e produtos. Neste âmbito, todas as lojas em Portugal têm uma parceria com uma instituição local que, desde o dia de abertura da loja, recebe diariamente alimentos. No total, em 2024, a Mercadona doou 1.300 toneladas de bens a mais de 80 entidades de cariz social, o equivalente a 22.600 carrinhos de compras.
Criação de Emprego estável e de qualidade
Com esta nova loja, a empresa cria 65 novos postos de trabalho, reforçando o compromisso com a criação de emprego estável e de qualidade. No total, a Mercadona contará com 600 colaboradores no distrito de Braga, todos com contratos sem termo desde o primeiro dia e condições salariais atrativas.
No início do ano, a empresa anunciou um aumento de 8,5 % a todos os colaboradores, aplicado desde janeiro de 2025, fixando o seu salário de entrada em 14.963,90€ brutos anuais, com progressão salarial até 20.465,10€ alcançados num máximo de 4 anos. Acrescem a estes valores o subsídio de alimentação diário e o subsídio de domingos, feriados e horas de trabalho noturno. Com o cumprimento de objetivos individuais e da empresa, soma-se ainda o Prémio Anual, que a partir do primeiro ano de antiguidade é equivalente a um salário extra e, a partir dos 4 anos de antiguidade, é de dois salários extra. Esta nova tabela salarial oferece assim um salário de entrada 23 % acima do salário mínimo nacional. Já os colaboradores com mais de 4 anos de antiguidade, auferem atualmente um salário superior em 68 % ao SMN.
Famalicão vai receber, a 20 de maio, terça-feira, um workshop de capacitação do projeto Acelerar o Norte. Decorre entre as 19 e as 21 horas, na Casa do Empresário (ACIF), sobre o tema “Gerar tráfego para o site e loja”.
Tiago Macedo, consultor da área digital, foi escolhido para falar do tema, abordando ainda os princípios de SEO, publicidade no Google AdWords e Análise de mercado com Google Trends.
O objetivo do workshop passa por sensibilizar, mobilizar e qualificar as Micro e PME da região Norte para as vantagens da implementação de um modelo de negócio digital.
Esta formação é da responsabilidade da Aceleradora de Comércio Digital de Famalicão, em parceria com a Associação Comercial e Industrial de Famalicão. É dirigida a empresários do Norte de Portugal dos setores do comércio, serviços pessoais e da restauração e similares.
