Este fim de semana, Hélder Rodrigues da equipa Pegasus OCR Proteam foi o vencedor do Circuito Inglês de Spartan na faixa etária 45-49 anos. O atleta de Oliveira de Santa Maria totalizou 65 pontos no conjunto das três provas do circuito, mais 12 pontos que o irlandês Declan Traynor e mais 14 pontos que o britânico Oliver Garsed-bennet.
O circuito inglês é composto por três provas de diferentes distâncias (21km, 10km e 5Km) e para a soma destes pontos contribuíram o primeiro lugar obtido em maio, em West London, o segundo lugar em Midlands, no mês de julho e este fim de semana, o segundo lugar em South West.
Nos últimos doze meses, os preços para arrendar casa no distrito de Braga, onde se insere Vila Nova de Famalicão, registaram um aumento de 11,9%, de acordo com os dados recentes do índice de preços divulgado pelo portal Idealista.
Contrariamente a Braga, Viana do Castelo observou uma ligeira diminuição nos preços de arrendamento, com uma descida de 1,5% no mesmo período. Este contraste evidencia as diferenças regionais no mercado imobiliário em Portugal.
