O presidente da Concelhia do CDS-PP, Hélder Pereira, vai recandidatar-se a novo mandato, cujas eleições terão lugar em junho. O anúncio foi feito esta quinta-feira, no auditório da Biblioteca Municipal, no decurso do Plenário Concelhio de militantes.
Hélder Pereira expressou a sua disponibilidade, depois de fazer o balanço dos últimos dois anos de trabalho. «Assumimos o compromisso de nos aproximar dos militantes e ter um papel ativo na vida política local e nacional. Fizemos esse trabalho, com o importante contributo de todos», dando como exemplos, as eleições intercalares na vila de Ribeirão ou as diferentes campanhas nacionais em que o partido esteve envolvido.
É para dar sequência a este trabalho que anunciou que vaia avançar para um novo mandato. «É preciso ir ao encontro dos anseios da nossa geração mais jovem com políticas e propostas nas áreas do ambiente, da digitalização e da educação». É esse caminho «que queremos fazer também em Famalicão. É neste quadro que pretendemos continuar a defender os valores de sempre do CDS, estando ao lado das pessoas, ajudando-as e com o compromisso de realizar debates sobre temas setoriais que respondam aos seus anseios».
De volta ao «trabalho feito», o também vereador municipal, falou do permanente «contato com os militantes pelas freguesias, da promoção de debates como aquele que fizemos sobre os Cuidadores Informais, um tema muito caro à matriz democrata cristã do partido, da atenção às questões da sustentabilidade ou nas intervenções que fazemos na Câmara Municipal ou na Assembleia Municipal, em permanente defesa dos interesses dos famalicenses».
Na reunião plenária o dirigente falou, também, da «importante vitória da Aliança Democrática nas últimas legislativas», acompanhada «de uma forte votação em Famalicão», culminando com o regresso do CDS-PP à Assembleia da República, «um objetivo pelo qual lutamos desde que fomos eleitos, tendo a Concelhia estado ao lado de Nuno Melo neste importante momento da história do CDS».
O plenário, que registou diversas intervenções, foi, segundo o partido, muito participado.
Bernardino Névoa pode ser o sucessor de Nélson Silva à frente do plantel da AD Oliveirense. O jovem treinador, que nas duas últimas épocas esteve ao serviço do São Cristóvão e que na presente temporada subiu o clube à divisão de honra da AF Braga, é apontado ao comando técnico da formação de Oliveira Santa Maria, que milita na pró nacional.
O S. Cristóvão já se despediu do treinador. Numa publicação nas redes sociais o clube diz que «infelizmente, esgotando todas as hipóteses que o clube tinha para oferecer, foi impossível assegurar a permanência do mister para a próxima época. Desejamos ao Bernardino um futuro recheado de sucesso e será sempre recordado no nosso quadro de honra como o timoneiro da maior época de sempre do nosso clube».
Recorde-se que a atual equipa técnica da Oliveirense, liderada por Nélson Silva, termina funções no final da época.
Ao inicio da tarde desta sexta-feira, um veículo que circulava em frente ao Posto da GNR de Joane, começou a ser consumido pelas chamas.
Uma condutora que circulava em outra viatura rapidamente deu conta do sucedido e alertou os militares da GNR.
A rápida intervenção com extintores evitou que o carro ardesse na totalidade, tendo ficado apenas com alguns danos.
O treinador Nélson Silva não vai continuar na AD Oliveirense. No final da época – ainda falta um jogo – o treinador e restante equipa técnica ficam livres para integrarem um novo projeto.
Nélson Silva ingressou no clube de Oliveira Santa Maria na presente temporada para disputar a pró nacional da AF Braga. Com uma jornada para terminar o campeonato e com o GD Joane já campeão, a Oliveirense ocupa o terceiro lugar, com os mesmos pontos (67) do segundo, o Maria da Fonte. Em causa, nesta luta, está um lugar na Taça de Portugal. Na última jornada, marcada para o dia 2 de junho, a equipa da Póvoa de Lanhoso, que só depende de si para garantir o segundo lugar, defronta o Vieira. Já a Oliveirense recebe o aflito Ronfe.
