A Junta de Freguesia de Vermoim procedeu à entrega de mais um Vale de Natalidade aos pais do pequeno Dinis, a quem deixam uma mensagem de boas-vindas “a Vermoim e à nossa comunidade”.
O vale de 400 euros é uma medida de apoio à natalidade na freguesia, ao qual se associa a Dra. Ana Jácome Ramos, proprietária da Clínica Hemese, habitual colaboradora da iniciativa, que ofereceu um voucher para a primeira consulta de Pediatria.
Pelo menos uma pessoa ficou ferida, na tarde desta segunda-feira, na sequência de uma colisão entre uma mota e um carro, em plena Avenida do Brasil, em Famalicão.
O sinistro aconteceu cerca das 14h50 e para o local foram acionados os bombeiros.
O trânsito naquela via, especialmente no acesso a Famalicão, ficou bastante condicionado.
A vítima, que será ocupante da mota, foi transportada para o hospital de Famalicão.
No campeonato concelhio de futsal, veteranos, houve uma homenagem da Outeirense ao seu capitão, Artur Mendes, que se despede, no final da época, da quadra, após uma carreira de cerca de 30 anos ao mais alto nível.
Mais conhecido por Arturinho, o jogador representou vários clubes e teve uma postura exemplar não só como atleta, mas também como homem, sendo reconhecido por todos como um exemplo a seguir. Daí a presença na homenagem do chefe de divisão do Desporto na Câmara de Famalicão, Rui Baptista, e do presidente da Junta de Freguesia de Pousada de Saramagos, José Pereira, entre outros amigos e familiares.
Quanto à competição, a penúltima jornada trouxe mudanças na tabela classificativa. O Grac subiu ao segundo posto. Ao vencer o S. Mateus (4-3), ultrapassou o Pedome, que folgou nesta jornada. O Grac tem agora 54 pontos, mais dois que o Pedome. O S. Mateus é 9.º com 29.
O campeão Cajada venceu o 1.º de Maio, por 3-4; enquanto a Oliveirense (4.º classificado (50 pontos), ganhou ao Bairrense por 5-2. O Bairrense é penúltimo com 11 pontos; já o 1.º de Maio é último com 8 pontos.
As Lameiras venceram o Esmeriz (5-1) e subiram um lugar na classificação. São 5.º com 32 pontos, os mesmo da Acura (6.º classificado). A Acura venceu em Barrimau (3-6). O Esmeriz é 10.º com 21 pontos; o Barrimau é 11.º com 12 pontos.
A Outeirense é que caiu dois lugares perante a derrota com o Covense, por 5-8. A Outeirense é 7.º; o Covense é 8.º, mas ambos têm 30 pontos.
Na última jornada realizam-se as seguintes partidas: Cajada-Grac, Covense-Lameiras, Bairrense-Pedome, Acura-Oliveirense, S. Mateus-Barrimau e Esmeriz-1.º de Maio.
O Riba d´Ave HC garantiu um lugar na 1.ª divisão na próxima temporada. Depois do Esmeriz, campeão da 2.ª divisão, foi a vez da turma ribadavense consumar a subida, após a vitória sobre o Novais (por 2-3) e a derrota do Lousado (3.º classificado) na Jasp.
Na partida, o Riba d´Ave foi para o intervalo a perder por 2-0. Mas no segundo tempo a equipa ribadavense deu a volta ao marcador, podendo festejar a promoção ao beneficiar da derrota do Lousado.
A equipa de Lousado não passou em Seide S. Paio e adiou para a última jornada a confirmação se vai ou não disputar o play-off com o S. Martinho. É que com a vitória de sábado, a Jasp (4.º classificada) reduziu para um ponto a diferença para o 3.º classificado. Na última jornada, o Lousado recebe o Novais (5.º classificado), já a Jasp desloca-se ao terreno do Miradouro (último classificado).
A Arpo venceu a Adere por 4-2 e subiu um lugar na tabela classificativa. É agora 8.º com 18 pontos. Já a Adere manteve a 6.ª posição (21 pontos). O campeão Esmeriz terminou o campeonato com uma vitória diante do Miradouro, por 3-1. Encerrou a prova, porque folga na última jornada.
Por fim, Gavião e Louredo dividiram os pontos. O empate a uma bola levou o Louredo a cair uma posição na classificação (9.º), já o Gavião manteve o 10.º lugar. A Flor do Monte folgou nesta jornada.
Na última jornada do campeonato concelhio de futsal realizam-se os seguintes jogos: Riba d´Ave HC-Gavião, Miradouro-Jasp, Adere-Flor Monte, Louredo-Arpo e Lousado-Novais. Esmeriz folga.
Taça sénior
É já no próximo sábado, dia 25 de maio, que se disputa o acesso à final four. Os quartos de final da taça concelhia sénior determinaram o seguinte alinhamento de jogos: Acura-Riba d´ Ave HC, Landim-Esmeriz, Mal-Outeirense, Pedome-Louredo.
Os finalistas do 4º ano da EB de Ruivães viveram, no passado dia 10, momentos inesquecíveis, quando foram à Kidzania, em Lisboa. Quinze alunos tiveram a sua viagem de finalistas, organizada pelos pais/encarregados de educação, sendo que nove tiveram o seu batismo de voo, enquanto que 14 visitaram o espaço de diversões pela primeira vez.
Tudo começou na madrugada daquele dia, com a chegada à estação de comboios de Vila Nova de Famalicão. Daqui seguiram viagem e na Kidzania tiveram a oportunidade de experimentar várias profissões. Se a Beatriz Silva cumpriu o sonho de ser esteticista, a sua colega Maria Sampaio foi dentista por um dia.
No entanto, o ponto alto foi vivido ao final da tarde, no aeroporto Humberto Delgado a bordo de um avião da TAP. Para os que experienciaram, pela primeira vez, o interior da aeronave o momento foi particularmente emocionante, onde não faltaram algumas lágrimas. Bianca Carvalho confessa isso mesmo: «gostei de tudo, porque tudo foi novidade, mas a viagem de avião foi o momento mais intenso», descreveu.
Uma experiência que todos «guardarão no coração», referiu a professora titular de turma, Cristina Costa, que os acompanhou. A docente trouxe dois recados para os pais que esperavam a comitiva no aeroporto Francisco Sá Carneiro, um do revisor da CP e outro do comandante do voo da TAP: «os meninos estão de parabéns pelo seu comportamento exemplar».
Na tarde do passado domingo, a Praça/Mercado Municipal de V. N. Famalicão encheu-se de gente amante do folclore que assistiu ao 49º Festival do Rancho Folclórico de S. Miguel-o-Anjo – Calendário.
O desfile etnográfico teve início na Praça D. Maria II, até ao local designado, onde se seguiu a entrega de lembranças alusivas ao evento por alguns convidados (foto), nomeadamente, Pedro Oliveira, vereador do pelouro da Cultura na Câmara Municipal; Estela Veloso, presidente da Junta da União de Freguesias de Famalicão e Calendário; Inácio Ferreira, coordenador do Conselho Técnico da Federação do Folclore Português – região do Baixo Minho; Manuel Cardoso, presidente do Rancho de S. Miguel-o-Anjo e Manuel Sanches, da Cidade Hoje.
Seguiram-se as atuações do rancho aniversariante e organizador; o de Vilar de S. Miguel do Mato – Vouzela – Viseu; o de Baião – Porto; o da Associação Recreativa de Cabreiros – Braga; e o Grupo Etnográfico os Pescadores do Castelo – Leça da Palmeira – Matosinhos.
