Tal como anunciado pela Câmara Municipal, esta terça-feira, no decurso das cenas de violência que aconteceram nas urgências do hospital de Famalicão, a reunião com as forças de segurança terá lugar na manhã desta quinta-feira.
Recorde-se que o município convocou, com urgência, a realização de uma reunião extraordinária do Conselho Municipal de Segurança, para avaliar com as forças de segurança do concelho, das diligências necessárias para que se evitem episódios semelhantes no futuro.
Caso se venha a verificar um problema de escassez de meios necessários para acudir a este tipo de situações, o presidente da Câmara Municipal pondera fazer uma interpelação junto do Ministério da Administração Interna alertando para o estado das forças de segurança no concelho e exigindo mais meios.
O Sindicato dos Enfermeiros lançou uma petição para que a enfermagem seja reconhecida como profissão de alto risco e de desgaste rápido; e, em apenas 12 horas, o documento, disponível em , recolheu mais de 12 mil assinaturas.
«Os enfermeiros estão e têm estado na linha da frente e não podemos continuar a tolerar que os colegas estejam sujeitos a atos de violência gratuita, como aqueles que se registaram no Hospital de Vila Nova de Famalicão, gerando quase um sentimento de impunidade», adverte o presidente do Sindicato dos Enfermeiros, Pedro Costa.
O dirigente do Sindicato dos Enfermeiros mostra-se solidário com os profissionais de Saúde que foram alvo de agressões e exige que sejam adotadas medidas para acautelar a repetição deste tipo de situações, «infelizmente cada vez mais frequentes», diz. «Há muito que os enfermeiros exigem que a profissão seja considerada de alto risco e desgaste rápido e este é mais um triste exemplo da razoabilidade das nossas pretensões», realça o Sindicato, em comunicado.
Segundo o Sindicato, a tipificação como crime público, «retira dos profissionais de Saúde a pressão de ter de formalizar a denúncia deste tipo de situações, evitando assim o receio que, por vezes, existe de o fazer com medo de represálias».
O Sindicato adianta, ainda, que a «violência gratuita sobre os profissionais de Saúde tem sido crescente e os dados só não são mais graves porque em 2020 a pandemia afastou muitos cidadãos das unidades de saúde».

“O abastecimento público está garantido já que existe a reserva para dois anos de abastecimento. No entanto, é importante apelar para uso sustentável da água pela população evitando o desperdício de água nos usos do quotidiano, lavagem de carros e enchimento de piscinas particulares”, refere a APA, numa resposta enviada à agência Lusa, no dia em que se iniciam no Algarve as reuniões regionais para avaliar os recursos hídricos devido à situação de seca.
Depois de a comissão da seca ter definido, em 01 de fevereiro, várias medidas consideradas como necessárias atendendo à situação da seca meteorológica, hidrológica e agrometeorológica, realizam-se a partir de hoje, e até 16 de março, reuniões regionais para avaliar com os diferentes utilizadores possíveis cenários e condicionamentos.
Segundo a APA, nestas reuniões das subcomissões, no âmbito da comissão de gestão de albufeiras e que pela primeira vez se vão realizar na região norte do país, vão ser reavaliadas as medidas.
A Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente sublinha que os cenários avaliados “têm sempre em consideração o pior possível para que as medidas permitam efetivamente garantir os usos prioritários definidos”.
Desde 01 de fevereiro que foi suspensa a produção de energia em cinco barragens devido à baixa reposição dos volumes armazenados nas albufeiras, aos valores de precipitação, significativamente abaixo da média, observados e para garantia dos volumes necessários para os usos prioritários.
A APA referiu à Lusa que o condicionamento da produção de energia nas barragens do Alto Lindoso, Alto Rabagão, Cabril, Castelo do Bode e Vilar Tabuaço está a ser reavaliado constantemente, dependendo a continuação da suspensão do evoluir da situação.
A agência tutelada pelo Ministério do Ambiente garante também que verifica semanalmente a necessidade de implementar medidas face ao evoluir da situação.
Entre as medidas em vigor desde 01 de fevereiro estão, segundo a APA, a suspensão da emissão de títulos de novas captações de água subterrânea para uso particular nas massas de água identificadas como críticas, enquanto as novas captações só podem ser tituladas por autorização, independentemente da potência instalada.
Promover a instalação de pontos de água ou cisternas, associados a albufeiras de águas públicas para abeberamento animal, acompanhar diariamente os níveis da albufeira da Bravura, no Barlavento Algarvio, e, mediante a evolução durante o mês de fevereiro, promover medidas que garantam os volumes de água para os usos prioritários e campanhas de sensibilização para a necessidade do uso racional da água destinada à população em geral, aos agentes económicos e entidades públicas são outras medidas já em curso para fazer à situação de seca.
