Esta sexta-feira são distribuídas 115 novas viaturas de patrulhamento a várias Unidades Operacionais da Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR), com o Comando Territorial de Braga a receber seis novos carros.
As novas viaturas ligeiras de passageiros foram adquiridas e entregues à Guarda no âmbito da Lei de Programação das Infraestruturas e Equipamentos para as Forças e Serviço de Segurança (LPIEFSS).
Jorge Sampaio, ex-Presidente da República, faleceu esta sexta-feira. Estava internado no Hospital de Santa Cruz, na sequência de dificuldades respiratórias.
Foi Presidente da República durante dois mandatos, entre 1996 e 2006. Em 1989 foi eleito líder do Partido Socialista e na mesma altura foi eleito presidente da Câmara de Lisboa, tendo sido reeleito em 1993.
Em 2006 foi nomeado, pelo secretário-geral da Organização das Nações Unidas, enviado especial para a Luta contra a Tuberculose e entre 2007 e 2013 foi alto representante da ONU para a Aliança das Civilizações.
Jorge Sampaio, de 81 anos, foi protagonista de intensa atividade política e cívica.
Com capital do grupo francês Atrya e da portuguesa Caixiave, uma nova fábrica vai nascer em Famalicão, prevendo-se o início da laboração no próximo ano. O objetivo é a produção de janelas em alumínio e em PVC, mas também vidros duplos.
Este investimento, na ordem dos 50 milhões de euros, com 9,57 do Portugal 2020, vai permitir a criação de 222 postos de trabalho, 21 dos quais altamente qualificados. Uma contratação que deverá acontecer até 2025. A previsão é a Tryba atingir um volume de negócios de 50 milhões de euros, em 2025, quando já estiver em velocidade cruzeiro.
O projeto consiste numa unidade de produção de janelas de alumínio, orientada para o mercado em geral e para o mercado ibérico, e uma segunda unidade para janelas standardizadas de PVC para as grandes superfícies como o Leroy Merlin. O objetivo é satisfazer mercados como França, Itália ou Grécia, onde o grupo Atrya — que detém 49% do capital da Caixiave — já está presente. Além disso, numa terceira nave fabril serão produzidos vidros duplos para alimentar estas janelas e encurtar o tempo de resposta aos clientes, explica Carlos Sá.
Do total investido, 1,31 milhões de euros correspondem à aquisição dos terrenos para a instalação da fábrica.
Este foi um projeto que beneficiou de apoios da Câmara de Famalicão, já que foi classificado “projeto empresarial de interesse municipal ao abrigo do regulamento Made 2IN”. Isto significa que obteve uma redução de 91% de taxas municipais de licenciamento das operações urbanísticas, correspondendo ao montante estimado de 210,41 mil euros, tendo o contrato sido assinado a 10 de dezembro de 2020.
Por outro lado, através da Aicep, a Tryba beneficiará ainda de uma redução de 91% do Imposto Municipal sobre Imóveis (IMI) para um período de cinco anos, cuja estimativa calculada é de 20,94 mil euros e uma redução de 91% do Imposto Municipal sobre Transações (IMT) cuja estimativa da respetiva despesa fiscal é de 77,78 mil euros, de acordo com os dados que a Câmara avançou ao ECO. No total, a empresa vai beneficiar de um conjunto de benefícios de natureza fiscal no valor de 309 mil euros.
Caixiave também tem planos de crescimento
Para as soluções costumizadas de janelas em PVP a resposta vai continuar a ser dada pela Caixiave, que tem em marcha um investimento para aumentar a produção. A empresa comprou o terreno adjacente para se poder expandir e o presidente da empresa está a fazer contas aos equipamentos que terá de adquirir, admitindo uma nova candidatura ao Portugal 2020 para apoiar mais este investimento.
Os apoios que existem para a substituição de janelas mais eficientes do ponto de vista energético têm gerado um “acréscimo de procura significativo”, reconhece Carlos Sá, em declarações ao ECO. A empresa terminou o ano passado com um volume de negócios de 29,26 milhões de euros, dos quais 34% resultaram da exportação dos seus produtos (9,95 milhões de euros).
«As pessoas têm uma ideia dos apoios, mas há sempre falta de elementos para a candidatura. Temos duas pessoas dedicadas a isso e por vezes até ajudamos a preencher a candidatura», acrescenta.
O potencial de negócio é grande já que 29% dos edifícios em Portugal precisam de obras de reabilitação, 70% dos edifícios foram construídos sem requisitos de eficiência energética e apenas 6% dos fogos têm soluções de construção com requisitos de qualidade térmica e eficiência energética. O universo em causa são 3,5 milhões de edifícios e 5,9 milhões de fogos em Portugal, de acordo com os dados fornecidos pela Caixiave.
A cidade de Braga é candidata a Capital Europeia da Cultura em 2027 e Paulo Cunha, «enquanto cidadão e presidente da Câmara Municipal de Famalicão», apoia esta candidatura.
O autarca explica que não pode «deixar de manifestar» o seu apoio «absoluto», considerando que a vitória de Braga «seria muito positiva para toda a região» e para as cidades do Quadrilátero Urbano, onde se insere Famalicão.
Paulo Cunha identifica nesta candidatura «um importante papel na consolidação e crescimento das dinâmicas culturais da região», objetivo que o concelho famalicense também busca, «posicionando a cultura como um vetor central da sua estratégia de desenvolvimento».
O presidente da Câmara de Famalicão reconhece que «Braga é uma cidade com uma história riquíssima, com um património inigualável e com uma forte identidade. Braga tem todas as condições para ser a próxima Capital Europeia da Cultura e todos temos a ganhar!». Por estes e outros motivos, as cidades de Barcelos, Famalicão e Guimarães formalizaram, esta quinta-feira, uma carta de conforto à candidatura de Braga a Capital Europeia da Cultura.
O plantel sénior do Bairro FC, que vai disputar a série B da Divisão de Honra da AF Braga, apresenta-se ao sócios na tarde de domingo, às 16 horas, tendo como convidado o vizinho CD Aves.
