A Câmara Municipal, através da Rede Social de Vila Nova de Famalicão e em parceria com a EAPN Portugal – Núcleo Distrital de Braga, promove um ciclo de três webconferências com o tema “Governança e Inclusão Social: O Papel dos Agentes e o Desenvolvimento Local”, cujas inscrições devem ser enviadas, até 24 de outubro, para o e-mail redesocial@famalicao.pt.
A segunda sessão “Modelo de Governação – O comprometimento dos cidadãos na participação ativa”, realiza-se no a 29 de outubro, via Zoom, entre as 10 e as 12 horas, com Susana Graça, Chefe de Divisão de Planeamento e Rede Social da Câmara Municipal de Cascais, e com Filipa Pereira, Chefe de Divisão de Recursos para a Inclusão Social da Câmara Municipal de Cascais, como oradoras.
A iniciativa visa incentivar o desenvolvimento de novas estratégias e iniciativas locais de inclusão social e combate à pobreza, promovendo o conhecimento e a reflexão acerca de modelos de governação local e de intervenção comunitária, o debate e a reflexão sobre estratégias de envolvimento e participação dos cidadãos e públicos-alvo, e a partilha de práticas bem-sucedidas desenvolvidas pelas CSIF e Rede Social concelhia.
A iniciativa dirige-se, muito particularmente, para técnicos superiores, coordenadores, chefias e dirigentes das entidades públicas e privadas que integram as CSIF e Rede Social de Famalicão.
Em comunicado, o CHEGA «repudia e condena o ato de vandalismo» praticado na noite passada, contra vários cartazes eleitorais da candidatura à freguesia de Esmeriz. Os cartazes foram danificados com pinturas de cruzes suásticas nazis vermelhas, cobrindo os rostos dos candidatos.
A Concelhia do partido considera que tais atos representam «uma tentativa de censura e intimidação contra um partido democrático e conservador». Reafirma «o seu compromisso com a liberdade de expressão e a democracia, condenando estas ações de anarquia e intolerância política promovidas por setores da extrema-esquerda».
O CHEGA apela às autoridades competentes «para que investiguem este ato com rigor, garantam a proteção da campanha eleitoral e punam os responsáveis, em conformidade com a lei portuguesa.
Miguel Fidalgo pretende representar «uma nova geração de famalicenses, cada vez mais afastada da realidade local por falta de oportunidades e habitação acessível». Em comunicado, dirige-se aos jovens, «aos que estudam, trabalham e contribuem para o concelho, mas não conseguem viver nele».
Num comunicado, o cabeça de lista da Iniciativa Liberal à Assembleia Municipal, “abraça” as propostas do partido vertidas no slogan “Construir uma Vila Nova de Oportunidades”. Defende uma mudança profunda na forma como a Câmara Municipal gere o território e os recursos públicos. No centro das preocupações está «uma política de habitação baseada na liberdade de construção, eficiência administrativa e inovação tecnológica».
Entre as medidas apresentadas e que promete defender caso seja eleito encontra-se uma maior celeridade nos licenciamentos através de Inteligência Artificial e digitalização dos serviços camarários; aposta na construção modular e requalificação de edifícios devolutos, para aumentar a oferta de habitação jovem; e a promoção de construção em altura, libertando solo urbano e tornando o planeamento mais eficiente.
Também defende menos impostos – pela redução IMI, IRS e Derrama -, mais liberdade económica, mais inovação e uma maior transparência na gestão pública. «A Câmara deve servir as pessoas, não os partidos. Quero ajudar a construir um município onde o mérito conta, a burocracia diminui e o futuro volta a estar ao alcance dos jovens», sublinha o candidato liberal, defensor da Educação «como motor de igualdade de oportunidades», defendendo um cheque-explicação, bolsas de mérito e o reforço das vagas em creches.
«Não se trata apenas de mudar políticas — trata-se de mudar mentalidades. Quero ser a voz de uma geração que acredita que Famalicão pode liderar pela liberdade, pela inovação e pelo exemplo», conclui Miguel Fidalgo.
O Agrupamento de Escolas D. Sancho I deu início ao projeto “Ciência em Ação”, projeto que leva a Ciência e a Robótica às escolas do 1.º Ciclo
Trata-se, segundo a direção, de uma iniciativa inovadora, para os alunos do 4.º ano de escolaridade, e que visa fomentar o interesse pela ciência e pela robótica, através de atividades práticas e experimentais que serão desenvolvidas de forma regular ao longo do ano letivo.
Quinzenalmente, todas as escolas do 1.º ciclo deste agrupamento vão receber a visita das equipas de professores do Clube de Ciência e do Clube de Robótica, que dinamizarão sessões interativas e práticas. Estas sessões pretendem estimular a curiosidade, a criatividade e o gosto por explorar e compreender o mundo que nos rodeia.
Com esta iniciativa, o Agrupamento «reafirma o seu compromisso com uma educação inovadora e de qualidade, proporcionando aos seus alunos experiências de aprendizagem significativas desde os primeiros anos do seu percurso escolar», refere a direção da Agrupamento.
Em visita à Feira Semanal e ao Mercado Municipal, a Iniciativa Liberal constatou que a elevada afluência à Feira contrasta com um Mercado vazio de clientes, com algumas lojas fechadas e comerciantes com várias queixas.
Para apoiar os comerciantes famalicenses, a IL propõe um estudo de avaliação do comportamento do consumidor, para desenhar medidas que possam atrair mais pessoas ao centro e elevar o limite de isenção do IMI para 500 mil euros, «incentivando investimento e reduzindo os impostos aos comerciantes locais».
O candidato da IL, Paulo Ricardo Lopes, nota que «há uma necessidade de reunir com os comerciantes do Mercado, resolver os problemas no estacionamento e cargas-descargas e garantir que o impacto dos grandes eventos é mitigado, visto que, demasiadas vezes no ano, os parques de estacionamento ali à beira ficam constrangidos e dificultam a ida dos consumidores ao Mercado».
Paulo Ricardo Lopes verificou «que os comerciantes do Mercado sentem que as conversas que têm tido com a Câmara Municipal não têm nenhum efeito, o mercado tem pouco dinamismo e poucos clientes durante a semana. É necessário definir uma estratégia de dinamização do Mercado, que não pode ser apenas um lugar para festas e comícios políticos».
Para a IL, «um Mercado pouco dinâmico é um mercado insustentável a prazo, sendo necessário fazer esforços para garantir que este espaço é mais procurado pelos consumidores».
