Tendo em conta a suspensão das atividades letivas presenciais e para auxiliar os alunos sem os meios necessários para as aulas online, a Junta de Freguesia de Vale S. Cosme, Telhado e Portela adquiriu nove tablets.
Os equipamentos informáticos foram entregues às escolas básicas de S. Cosme e Telhado. Deste modo a autarquia local associou-se aos estabelecimentos de ensino e às associações de pais para responder aos desafios que o ensino à distância coloca, particularmente aos alunos sem os meios necessários para o acesso ao ensino não presencial.
Um homem ficou em estado grave depois de ter sido atropelado, em plena estrada nacional 14, na vila de Ribeirão, em Vila Nova de Famalicão, cerca das 18h50 desta terça-feira.
A vítima, que foi colhida por uma viatura na Avenida Portas do Minho, acabou por ser socorrida pelos Bombeiros Voluntários da Trofa, que estariam a passar no local instantes depois do incidente.
O homem acabou por ser transportado para uma unidade hospitalar da região que não foi possível apurar.
A Câmara Municipal de Vila Nova de Famalicão vai avançar com um projeto de valorização arqueológica e paisagística em vários espaços históricos do concelho, através da colocação de painéis informativos desses espaços e de sinalética orientadora de acesso aos mesmos.
O primeiro sítio a ser identificado será o Monte de São Miguel-o-Anjo, em Calendário, seguindo-se a Estação Arqueológica de Perrelos, o Castro das Ermidas, o Castro de Penices e ainda os achados arqueológicos de Vermoim, nomeadamente o Balneário das Eiras, a Bouça do Pique, o Castelo Vermoim, o Castro Santa Cristina, as Mamoas, o Castro das Eiras e o Castro do Cruito.
O objetivo deste projeto passa por informar os visitantes sobre a importância histórica e patrimonial dos espaços, sensibilizando-os para a sua preservação e valorização.
Recorde-se que está em marcha um programa de preservação do património no Monte de São Miguel-o-Anjo, calendário. Entre outras medidas, está a ser estudada a possibilidade de colocação de elementos que limitem o acesso de veículos. Por outro lado, serão criados percursos para as pessoas visitarem o lugar de memória coletiva.
Já em outubro, foi realizada uma intervenção de limpeza dos resíduos que ao longo dos anos se foram acumulando nos limites dos caminhos daquele monte. Esta ação, para além dos serviços da autarquia, teve a participação da Junta de Freguesia de Vila Nova de Famalicão e Calendário e da Associação de Moradores da Cal, estimulando um processo que estreita laços e relações com os habitantes, e gerando um sentimento de pertença comum.
De seguida, e até ao final de março, serão colocados os painéis informativos no Monte de São Miguel-o-Anjo marcando cada um dos acessos com um painel de sensibilização e informação ao visitante, destacando a entrada em Zona Arqueológica, espaço de cultura onde os trajetos devem respeitar os vestígios e a proteção do património.
No topo do Monte, painéis identificarão a memória do espaço, com informação que permitirá o reconhecimento de uma história, identidade e herança comuns, e uma fruição de um espaço onde a cultura e o ambiente se unem.
Refira-se que com este projeto de valorização arqueológica e paisagística, a autarquia dá mais um passo no envolvimento da comunidade no contributo para os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, uma agenda da ONU para Transformar o Nosso Mundo, contribuindo para o Objetivo 4 na promoção da Educação de Qualidade e para o Objetivo 11 na construção de Cidades e Comunidades Sustentáveis com a proteção e salvaguarda do património cultural associado à criação de espaços públicos seguros inclusivos, acessíveis e verdes.
Esta quinta-feira, dia 18 de fevereiro, vai a reunião de Câmara Municipal a proposta de adjudicação da empreitada de recuperação e ampliação da Escola Básica de Avidos.
A obra foi entregue à empresa Fernando Silva, pelo valor de 757.816 euros. O prazo para a conclusão dos trabalhos é de 365 dias.
Recorde-se que plano municipal para recuperação das escolas de 1.º Ciclo está na reta final.
