Sandro, pai de Valentina, e Sandra, a madrasta da criança, vão ficar em prisão preventiva. A decisão foi proferida esta quarta-feira, pelo o juiz de instrução criminal.
A madrasta está indiciada por homicídio qualificado por omissão e dolo eventual. Sandro, o pai, é suspeito por homicídio qualificado e violência doméstica.
Ambos estão indiciados por profanação de cadáver, em coautoria.
A Direção Geral da Saúde já publicou uma orientação com as medidas de prevenção e controlo a adotar em creches, creches familiares e amas, em contexto de pandemia de COVID-19.

Antes da abertura, todos os espaços devem ativar e atualizar os seus Planos de Contingência, que devem contemplar os procedimentos a adotar perante um caso suspeito de COVID-19 e a definição de uma área de isolamento, entre outras medidas.
De acordo com a orientação, discutida com os parceiros do setor, os responsáveis pelas creches, creches familiares e amas devem garantir uma redução do número de crianças por sala de forma a que seja maximizado o distanciamento entre as mesmas, sem comprometer o normal funcionamento das atividades lúdico-pedagógicas.
Quando as crianças estão em mesas, berços ou espreguiçadeiras, deve ser maximizado o distanciamento físico entre elas.
As crianças e funcionários devem ser organizados em salas fixas, sendo que a cada funcionário deve corresponder apenas um grupo, e os espaços devem ser definidos de acordo com a divisão, para que não haja contacto entre pessoas de grupos diferentes. Se existirem espaços que não estão a ser utilizados, quer pela suspensão de atividades, quer pelo encerramento de respostas sociais, poderá ser equacionada a expansão da creche para esses espaços.
Para evitar o cruzamento entre pessoas, a orientação estabelece a definição de horários de entrada e de saída desfasados e a definição de circuitos de entrada e saída da sala de atividades para cada grupo.
O documento refere que o calçado deve ser deixado à entrada, nas salas em que as crianças se sentam ou deitam no chão, podendo ser solicitado aos encarregados de educação que levem calçado extra (de uso exclusivo na creche). Uma orientação que também se aplica aos funcionários do espaço.
Entre outras medidas, os funcionários devem pedir aos encarregados de educação que não deixem as crianças levar brinquedos ou outros objetos não necessários de casa para a creche e garantir a lavagem regular dos brinquedos.
Garantindo que a segurança das crianças não fica comprometida, as portas e/ou janelas das salas devem ser mantidas abertas, para promover a circulação do ar. Na hora da sesta, deve existir um colchão para cada criança e garantir que usa sempre o mesmo, separando os colchões uns dos outros e mantendo a posição dos pés e das cabeças alternadas.
No período de refeições, a deslocação para a sala deve ser faseada para diminuir o cruzamento de crianças e os lugares devem estar marcados.
Entre outras medidas, a orientação estabelece que todos os funcionários devem usar máscara cirúrgica de forma adequada. Já a higienização do espaço deve respeitar a orientação 014/2020 da DGS.
