O Centro Hospitalar do Médio Ave (hospitais de Famalicão e Santo Tirso) informa que, a partir da próxima terça-feira, estão suspensas todas as atividades cirúrgicas de carácter não urgente.
A medida insere-se no plano de contingência a propósito do Covid-19 (coronavírus).
Os utentes afetados com esta medida serão contactados, quando for oportuno, com nova data para a cirurgia.

Em comunicado enviado aos clientes, a Ryanair informa que aqueles que têm uma reserva podem alterar a data de voo sem pagar custos e taxas.
“Se tem atualmente uma reserva connosco, mas prefere não voar, a partir de hoje (sexta-feira 13 março), poderá mudar o seu voo online e não será aplicada a taxa de mudança de voo”.
Adianta ainda a empresa que “isto aplica-se a todas as reservas existentes e novas até terça-feira 31 de março. Se existir uma diferença na tarifa, deverá pagar a diferença. No entanto, uma vez que não será aplicada a taxa de alteração”.
A companhia vai continuar a “operar uma programação de voo reduzida para garantir que os clientes que ainda desejam viajar ou regressar às suas casas o possam fazer”.
No entanto, “nas próximas semanas esperamos que Governos solicitem mais alterações na nossa programação de voos e qualquer cliente afectado será notificado por e-mail”.
Caso um voo seja cancelado, “os clientes poderão mudar a sua reserva para um voo alternativo da Ryanair sem custos ou receber um reembolso”.
A Ryanair junta-se assim à easyJet, que no passado dia 13 de março informou os clientes que estes podem alterar online a data ou destino de viagem sem pagar qualquer taxa.
“Dada a situação sem precedentes que estamos a enfrentar em resultado do Covid-19, […] compreendemos que esta situação possa gerar incertezas e, por isso, se tiveres planos de viagem existentes que agora preferes modificar, podes agora alterar a data da tua viagem ou destino online, uma vez que prescindimos da taxa para todas as reservas existentes e futuras”, diz a easyJet aos seus passageiros, numa informação publicada na internet.
Segundo o mesmo documento, a companhia de baixo custo vai continuar a operar um horário de voo que garanta aos clientes que ainda pretendam viajar que possam continuar a fazê-lo, desde que as restrições de viagem o permitam e estejam em sintonia com as orientações das autoridades de saúde.
Para os clientes que prefiram alterar ou adiar os seus planos de viagem a partir de hoje, podem mudar para um horário de voo ou destino alternativo sem pagar qualquer taxa de alteração, refere.
Mas se houver uma diferença na tarifa, os passageiros terão de pagar essa diferença.
A easyJet assume ainda que, nos casos em que tenha de cancelar voos, os clientes poderão transferir a sua viagem para um voo alternativo gratuitamente ou ser reembolsados.
“E nos casos em que todos os voos tenham de ser cancelados devido às orientações da autoridade local (na Itália, por exemplo), iremos operar voos de resgate para garantir que os passageiros possam regressar a casa”, garante a companhia.
Também a TAP informou a 12 de março que vai aumentar a flexibilidade para alteração de datas e destinos das viagens devido à propagação do vírus covid-19.
Assim, nas “viagens reservadas antes de 8 de março e para voos com partida até 31 de maio”, os clientes “podem agora alterar a sua viagem e até o destino, para novo voo a ser feito até ao prazo alargado de 31 de dezembro”.
Esta alteração poderá ser realizada “sem pagamento de qualquer taxa de alteração”.
A par, “para as viagens cujas reservas forem efetuadas entre 8 e 31 de março, aplicam-se as regras que já estavam em vigor ao abrigo da campanha ‘Reserve com Confiança'”.
Neste caso está prevista “a possibilidade de reagendamento do seu voo sem o pagamento da taxa de alteração associada, em bilhetes emitidos entre os dias 8 e 31 de março de 2020. A alteração gratuita terá que ser solicitada com uma antecedência de 21 dias, em relação à da data do primeiro voo, e é aplicável a todas as rotas TAP e a todas as datas de viagem”.
Mais informa a companhia que “devido ao grande volume de pedidos motivados por todos os ajustamentos operacionais que a TAP está a ser obrigada a fazer, o serviço de atendimento ao cliente no call center e no Facebook está com tempos de resposta superiores ao normal”.
Neste sentido, a companhia aérea refere que é possível gerir as reservas de voo através do Fly TAP e disponibiliza um local online onde é possível consultar a situação dos voos, nomeadamente se se mantém ou se houve cancelamentos.
