Um jovem de 24 anos de idade foi encontrado inconsciente, na manhã deste domingo, em plena via pública, junto às Piscinas Municipais da Vila de Joane, na Rua de Leognan.
Ao que a Cidade Hoje conseguiu apurar, o jovem encontrava-se com um grupo de amigos até se ter afastado deles enquanto estes tomavam o pequeno almoço num café das proximidades. O alerta de que algo não estaria bem surgiu quando um dos colegas encontrou o amigo desmaiado e com marcas no pescoço, a poucos metros do café.
De imediato foram chamados os Bombeiros Voluntários Famalicenses que, acompanhados pela VMER, rapidamente assistiram o jovem e transportaram-no para a unidade de Vila Nova de Famalicão do Centro Hospitalar do Médio Ave.
No local também esteve a GNR de Joane que investiga o que terá acontecido, sendo que as marcas visíveis no pescoço no jovem – provocadas pelos cordões que usava nas sapatilhas – não indiciam crime.
O Futebol Clube de Famalicão recordou nas redes sociais a invasão feita a Paços de Ferreira há 4 anos, quando a equipa famalicense, então no Campeonato Nacional de Séniores, levou cerca de 1200 adeptos à Capital do Móvel num jogo da Taça de Portugal e que galvanizaram a equipa para uma surpreendente vitória ante o Paços de Ferreira de 1ª Liga treinado por Paulo Fonseca.
O entusiasmo repete-se para o jogo da Ledman LigaPro de domingo, com o clube a ter vendidos já cerca de 400 bilhetes e 4 autocarros preenchidos, de sócios e simpatizantes que vão acompanhar a equipa no jogo marcado para as 17.00 horas no estádio Capital do Móvel.
O preço do bilhete de jogo é de 5,00 euros e quem quiser reservar lugar no autocarro paga 8,00 euros (já com bilhete de jogo incluído). Até ao final do dia de sexta-feira na sede do clube continua a ser feita a venda de ingressos e no domingo no estádio do Paços de Ferreira há ainda ingressos à venda.

Os trabalhadores da Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) estão hoje em greve contra a denúncia do acordo de empresa pela administração, que quer negociar condições menos vantajosas para os funcionários para controlar os custos salariais.
A convocação da greve é feita pelo Sindicato dos Trabalhadores das Empresas do Grupo Caixa Geral de Depósitos (STEC), sindicato independente e o mais representativo do banco público, com milhares de associados, que considerou a denúncia do acordo empresa “uma verdadeira declaração de guerra aos trabalhadores”, e pelo Sintaf – Sindicato dos Trabalhadores da Atividade Financeira (ligado à CGTP, pouco representativo).
Já os sindicatos da banca ligados à UGT (agrupados na Febase – Federação do Setor Financeiro) e o Sindicato Nacional dos Quadros e Técnicos Bancários (SNQTB) preferem aguardar pelas negociações.
Contudo, qualquer trabalhador da CGD, sindicalizado ou não, pode aderir ao protesto.

As inscrições podem ser feitas em www.desportave.pt, até ao dia 5 de setembro, e são gratuitas, exceto para os escalões seniores e veteranos com taxa de três euros. No caso da Caminhada, as inscrições só podem ser feitas, presencial ou telefonicamente, na Casa de Esmeriz ou na Casa de Cabeçudos.
A competição é destinada a atletas de todos os âmbitos desportivos, dos escalões benjamins, infantis, iniciados, juvenis, juniores, seniores e veteranos.
As provas principais, a partir das 18h00, têm um percurso de 10 km (10.000 metros) e são destinadas aos escalões juniores, seniores, veteranos I/II. Também vão decorrer provas para os mais novos: benjamins (400 metros), infantis (800 metros), iniciados (1.600 metros) e juvenis (2.500 metros).
A Caminhada tem início às 17h00, com percurso por alguns dos locais mais emblemáticas da Freguesia.
