Na quinta-feira, o preço médio do gasóleo simples era de 1,316 euros por litro, ao passo que a gasolina simples 95 custava cerca de 1,436 euros po litro, de acordo com a Direção-Geral de Energia e Geologia.
O bacalhau, o azeite e a aletria são ingredientes base para a ceia de Natal que a Câmara Municipal não quer que faltem na mesa dos famalicenses. O município está a distribuir cerca de 4 mil cabazes com estes ingredientes pelas famílias carenciadas do concelho, em articulação com as Juntas de Freguesia, as Comissões Sociais Inter Freguesias e as conferências vicentinas.
O gesto foi assinalado, simbolicamente, esta sexta-feira, com o presidente Paulo Cunha, a entregar cabazes aos autarcas da Oliveira S. Mateus, Carlos Pereira, e de Avidos, António Gomes.
A autarquia entrega os cabazes às Juntas, que tratam da sua distribuição e que, na maior parte dos casos, acrescentam outros bens alimentares. A sinalização das famílias carenciadas é feita pelas Juntas de Freguesia em articulação com as comunidades vicentinas e a Rede Social de Famalicão.
Com esta iniciativa social a autarquia investe perto de 65 mil euros, esforço que Paulo Cunha considera «absolutamente justificado». Este é, assegura, «mais um daqueles investimentos que, nas contas da autarquia, aparecem como despesa, mas que, na realidade, é um verdadeiro investimento social nas famílias e na coesão comunitária».
O mercado cubano «é difícil», avisa o presidente da Câmara Municipal, Paulo Cunha, mas em menos de um ano a Caixiave, empresa líder no mercado ibérico em janelas e portas eficientes, já tem em carteira quatro potenciais negócios neste país.
A Caixiave é, assim, uma das empresas do concelho que já colhe frutos da parceria estabelecida entre a Câmara Municipal de Vila Nova de Famalicão e a Câmara de Comércio Portugal-Cuba, formalizada esta quarta-feira, com a assinatura de um protocolo de colaboração tendo em vista a melhoria de condições de cooperação e de promoção de investimentos entre as empresas famalicenses e os agentes económicos cubanos.
O protocolo assinado pelo presidente do município, Paulo Cunha, e pelo presidente da Câmara de Comércio, Américo Castro, prevê, entre outras medidas, a realização de ações de capacitação empresarial e de informação às empresas sobre oportunidades de negócio e investimento e os instrumentos disponíveis de apoio à internacionalização, assim como a realização de ações de promoção das empresas famalicenses no mercado cubano.
Uma parceria que, conforme explica Paulo Cunha, traz conforto institucional às empresas na abordagem a «um mercado que é difícil, mas que tem dado sinais de que está disponível e aberto às empresas e produtos com qualidade. Em Famalicão temos muitos bons empresários com condições e potencial para chegar a um mercado tão exigente, mas este é um tipo de mercado que quem achar que consegue entrar sozinho, muito dificilmente o conseguirá fazer. A abordagem à internacionalização deve ser cuidada e a Câmara Municipal e a Câmara de Comércio estão disponíveis para serem interlocutores para uma abordagem acertada».
O presidente da Câmara de Comércio Portugal-Cuba, Américo Castro, não tem dúvidas de quem em Vila Nova de Famalicão «há muitas empresas com competência e perfil para Cuba» onde as possibilidades de negócio são imensas. «Com tempo e assertividade os resultados são possíveis, mas é importante que haja interlocutores que conheçam bem o mercado e que façam o devido acompanhamento».
O Futebol Clube Famalicão esteve, na tarde desta quinta-feira, na Escola Básica Nº 1 de Conde S. Cosme. Os defesas Jorge Miguel e Ângelo, e o avançado Fabrício, foram recebidos em clima de festa por cerca de 250 crianças que deram provas do seu apoio aos jogadores para o desafio deste sábado, às 15 horas, frente ao Leixões Sport Clube.
Jorge Miguel mostrou-se “muito feliz por ter sido recebido em clima de festa. Estas crianças demonstraram que estão, cada vez, mais junto da equipa”. Para o jogo deste sábado, no Estádio Municipal, o Futebol Clube de Famalicão contará com apoio extra nas bancadas.
Estão abertas, até às 17 horas de 17 de janeiro, as candidaturas ao programa “Casa Feliz – Apoio à Renda 2018”, promovido pela Câmara Municipal. Os famalicenses que se encontrem em situação de carência económica, e que precisam de apoio para suportar as rendas devem dirigir-se ao Balcão Único de Atendimento da autarquia e formalizar a sua candidatura através do preenchimento de formulário e entrega dos documentos necessários para o concurso.

O prazo do subsídio é de doze meses e os apoios são divididos em três escalões A, B e C, correspondendo a 100 euros, 75 euros e 50 euros mensais.
O Balcão Único de Atendimento está localizado no edifício principal dos Paços do Concelho e funciona de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9 às 18 horas, e às sextas-feiras, das 9 às 12 horas.
Quatro homens e quatro mulheres, com idades entre os 16 e os 56 anos, detidos por tráfico de droga, são presentes esta sexta-feira, no Tribunal Judicial de Famalicão, para aplicação de medidas de coação.
Esta oito pessoas foram detidas na tarde desta quarta-feira, no âmbito de um processo de investigação por tráfico de estupefacientes, levado a cabo pela Esquadra de Investigação Criminal de Guimarães.
