Além de alargar o prazo de validade de vários documentos, o Governo decidiu prolongar o prazo para marcação de férias.
«Atendendo às dificuldades sentidas pelos empregadores em cumprir o prazo de 15 de abril para aprovação e afixação do mapa de férias, estende-se esse prazo até 15 de maio de 2021, independentemente do tipo de contrato de trabalho em causa», refere o decreto-lei.
Documentos já caducados têm validade até 31 de dezembro de 2021, anunciou o Governo. Isto desde que o seu titular faça prova de que já procedeu ao agendamento da respetiva renovação.
Para além do cartão de cidadão e carta de condução, foi alargada, até ao final do ano, a admissibilidade de atestados médicos de avaliação de incapacidade que expirem em 2021; certidões; certificados emitidos pelos serviços de registos e da identificação civil; documentos e vistos relativos à permanência em território nacional; licenças e autorizações, bem como cartões de beneficiário familiar de ADSE.
O decreto-lei, que entrou em vigor hoje, dia 18 de março de 2021, tem em conta os constrangimentos decorrentes da pandemia.
O projeto “EnvolvAr-te”, promovido pela Câmara Municipal de Famalicão em parceria com o Instituto Nacional das Artes do Circo (INAC) é um dos finalistas do prémio Cidades Educadoras para Boas Práticas de Inclusão e Democratização da Cultura.

O prémio Cidades Educadoras para Boas Práticas de Inclusão e Democratização da Cultura, instituído pela Associação Internacional de Cidades Educadoras, vai na sua terceira edição e desta vez foram enfatizadas boas práticas de promoção do acesso à cultura, a contribuição e a participação de todas as pessoas (especialmente dos grupos mais vulneráveis) na vida cultural da cidade como forma de inclusão. O projeto famalicense é um dos 58 nomeados de 50 cidades membro em 13 países e 4 continentes
O CENTI- Centro de Nanotecnologia e Materiais Técnicos, Funcionais e Inteligentes, com sede em Famalicão, desenvolveu solas de sapatos com propriedades antivirais, antibacterianas e antifúngicas que permitem impedir a transmissão do covid-19, mas também de outras bactérias e fungos.
Nesta inovação, o CENTI trabalhou com a empresa Ropar/Arcopédico, com sede em Vila do Conde, com o INEB – Instituto de Engenharia Biomédica e o Centro Clínico Académico de Braga.
Pelo que brevemente, a ROPAR vai colocar as solas no mercado nacional e internacional.
Estas propriedades não alteram a função mecânica do calçado. «A solução proposta consiste na aditivação de um ou mais constituintes das solas com agentes antivíricos, sem alteração das propriedades intrínsecas do material final, nomeadamente das suas características mecânicas. A Primavera chega sábado e vem com sol, céu quase sem nuvens, mas também traz uma descida das temperaturas, que se começa a fazer sentir já a partir desta quinta-feira.
De acordo com o Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera (IPMA) este fim de semana prevê-se céu pouco nublado ou limpo, mas assinala a tendência para uma descida da temperatura, a partir desta quinta-feira e até domingo. Tanto as mínimas como as máximas vão descer, prevendo-se máximas inferiores a 20 graus em praticamente todo o território, mesmo nas zonas do interior norte e centro, onde os valores podem ser inferiores a 15 graus.
Também as mínimas descem gradualmente, sendo inferiores a 10 graus em todo o território do continente e negativas no interior Norte e Centro.
Uma sondagem da Intercampus para o Jornal de Negócios e Correio da Manhã mostra que 62% dos inquiridos discorda da ideia de adiar as eleições autárquicas, enquanto 28% concorda com essa possibilidade e 10% não respondem por desconhecimento ou falta de opinião.
Recorde-se que o PSD avançou a possibilidade das eleições para as autarquias locais serem adiadas em um mês devido aos atrasos no plano de vacinação, mas esta ideia não não teve acolhimento junto dos outros partidos.
As eleições autárquicas deste ano ainda não têm data, embora a lei determine que sejam realizadas entre 22 de setembro e 14 de outubro.
