O Dia da Árvore foi assinalado pela Junta de Freguesia de Pedome com uma série de atividades ligadas à preservação da natureza.
A ação decorreu durante toda a manhã, no Parque de Lazer Calça Ferros, naquela freguesia famalicense, com a participação de várias associações da freguesia.
O parque e as margens do rio foram limpas e houve lugar para plantar novas árvores e poder outras.
A Linha Covid Lares, criada em outubro, já ajudou mais de 700 instituições que viveram casos de infeção com o novo coronavirus e, segundo o responsável, permitiu evitar centenas de surtos ao longo deste período.
De outubro de 2020 a março deste ano a linha recebeu 1.458 chamadas de 782 lares de idosos em Portugal.
Nuno Marques, do ABC-Algarve Biomedical Center, responsável pela Linha Covid Lares explicou em declarações à agência Lusa que várias centenas de surtos foram evitados com o agilizar de procedimentos premido pela linha que funciona 24 horas por dia, sete dias por semana.
Face à ocorrência de casos de covid-19 no seu espaço os lares passaram a ter um interlocutor direto com o objetivo de agilizar os procedimentos.
“Sentem que há alguém que os ajuda a resolver a questão com que se confrontam, sendo a linha usada para encontrar soluções, encaminhar o assunto de imediato para as instituições respetivas e fazer o acompanhamento do caso”, disse.
Um dos objetivos é evitar que as situações de risco se descontrolem.
A Linha Covid Lares resulta de uma parceria entre a Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa e o ABC-Algarve Biomedical Center, inserindo-se no programa integrado do Ministério do Trabalho, Solidariedade e Segurança Social de apoio aos lares.
Através do número (707 20 70 70), os lares de todo o país passaram a dispor de apoio.
Além de esclarecer dúvidas e prestar informação, a linha agiliza o contacto destes equipamentos com as entidades locais de saúde, proteção civil e segurança social, facilitando a sinalização de situações de risco junto das autoridades competentes.
Nuno Marques explicou que o atendimento é feito por cinco pessoas durante o dia e por duas pessoas durante a noite sendo a linha também muito solicitada para o esclarecimento de duvidas sobre novos normativos, por exemplo, no caso da implementação de plataformas de monitorização nos lares.
Segundo dados oficiais existem em Portugal 2.527 Estruturas Residenciais para Idosos (ERPI), onde estão 99.500 idosos, dos quais 60 por cento tem mais de 80 anos.
Na quarta-feira, a ministra da Segurança Social referiu que a semana de 08 a 15 de março foi a que registou menos óbitos por covid-19 nos lares desde o início da pandemia.
De acordo com Ana Mendes Godinho, e citando dados comparativos internacionais sobre o número de óbitos na Estruturas Residenciais para Idosos (ERPI) face ao número de óbitos totais, Portugal “teve uma das taxas mais baixas da Europa”.
Houve “uma redução dos óbitos de 98% no último mês fruto desta mobilização de todos e fruto de programa de testagem”, disse a ministra, acrescentando que o número de surtos em lares baixou 75% no último mês.
Nesta matéria, a ministra adiantou que o programa de prevenção nos lares irá continuar com a testagem até ao final de junho, tendo já sido feitos 266 mil testes.
Já no que diz respeito à vacinação, no âmbito do programa de prevenção nos lares, os dados do Governo dão conta de que 201 mil pessoas já receberam a primeira dose da vacina e 150 mil têm já as duas doses.
A Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR) indicou hoje que, numa semana de atividades operacionais, procedeu a 343 detenções em flagrante delito, detetou 10.564 infrações ao código da estrada e apreendeu vários tipos de droga, armas e dinheiro.
Segundo o comunicado divulgado, nas operações realizadas entre 12 e 18 deste mês em todo o país, a GNR deteve em flagrante delito 148 pessoas por condução sem habilitação legal, 87 por condução sob o efeito do álcool, 18 por tráfico de estupefacientes, outros 18 por furto e roubo, 14 por posse ilegal de armas e arma proibida, 10 por violência doméstica e três por incêndio florestal.
Em relação ao trânsito, a GNR detetou 3.157 excessos de velocidade, 852 por falta de inspeção periódica obrigatória, 714 relacionadas com tacógrafos, 498 com anomalias nos sistemas de iluminação e sinalização, 425 por falta ou incorreta utilização do cinto de segurança e/ou sistema de retenção para crianças, 394 por uso indevido do telemóvel no exercício da condução, 315 por falta de seguro de responsabilidade civil e 231 por condução com taxa de álcool no sangue superior ao permitido por lei.
No mesmo período, a GNR apreendeu 2.302 doses de MDMA (metilenodioximetanfetamina, conhecida popularmente como ecstasy, uma substância psicotrópica usada frequentemente como droga recreativa), 1.072 doses de haxixe, 1.056 de cocaína, 255 de liamba e 189 de heroína, bem como 26 armas brancas ou proibidas, 14 armas de fogo, 44 munições, 11 veículos e 6.156 euros em numerário.
O balanço semanal das operações da GNR teve em conta a prevenção e o combate à criminalidade e à sinistralidade rodoviária, bem como a fiscalização de diversas matérias de âmbito contraordenacional.

1. Planeie uma refeição simples junto à família
Sem telemóveis ou televisões durante a refeição, apenas um momento em família e partilha de um prato simples. Apesar da tecnologia ser excelente a nível religioso, pode também afastar-nos do verdadeiro propósito de momentos básicos, como as refeições.
Neste momento, partilhem tudo o que acharem conveniente. Se tiver filhos, aproveite para lhe perguntar sobre o dia, sobre a escola – caso esteja a ter aulas online – ou sobre quaisquer outros temas que possam interessar o mais novo.
Se este não for um hábito em casa, faça-o, pelo menos, uma vez por semana.
2. Assista a missas regularmente ou crie um momento de reza
Assistir a missas ou ter apenas um momento de reza diário é uma excelente forma de caminhar através da Quaresma. Apesar de não ser possível estar presente fisicamente nas missas, pode assistir às mesmas através da rádio, televisão ou internet.
Se quiser, pode fazer parte das missas do Papa Francisco através do website oficial ou do canal no Youtube. Algumas igrejas locais também já garantem as missas online, portanto informe-se acerca das missas na sua região.

Esta atividade deve ser feita com toda a família e não apenas com a criança.
Caso não tenha crianças em casa, a atividade continua a ser uma excelente forma de passar tempo com os membros da família ou, até, consigo próprio e com a sua religião. Nunca deixe este ponto de fora.
4. Abdique da televisão ou internet por um dia
A Quaresma continua a ser um momento de sacrifício, portanto, porque não abdicar da televisão, internet ou, até, o telemóvel por um dia? Nos dias de hoje, essa será uma forma de parar e conectar-se com quem está ao seu lado.
Caso esteja habituado a assistir a missas pela internet, pode optar por ouvir a missa na rádio ou rezar apenas, em pleno silêncio, junto aos que mais ama.
5. Aprofunde o seu conhecimento
Ler a Bíblia, pesquisar um pouco mais sobre figuras religiosas ou ver um filme são apenas três formas de aprofundar o seu conhecimento religioso. Pode, ainda, ler outros livros sobre o tema ou assistir séries religiosas animadas – para incluir os mais novos.
Dessa forma, no final da Quaresma, terá muito mais conhecimento do que no início, podendo entender a mensagem da Bíblia mais profundamente.

Outros recursos que valem o destaque são as aplicações religiosas, como a Passo-a-rezar. Esta aplicação oferece aos utilizadores 10 minutos de oração diária que podem ser ouvidos online ou offline.
