O novo apoio da Segurança Social a quem está sem trabalhar vai depender do montante dos depósitos bancários.
Recorde-se que a atribuição do apoio é para os trabalhadores por conta de outrem, trabalhadores independentes, sócios-gerentes, empresários em nome individual e estagiários e informais que tenham perdido a proteção no desemprego, não tenham direito a ela ou registem quebras de faturação significativas. A prestação varia entre 50 euros e 501,16 euros, na generalidade dos casos.
Porém, a atribuição de apoio depende da confirmação dos rendimentos e património familiar que não ultrapasse o limiar da pobreza, e também dos depósitos que essas pessoas tenham no banco. A notícia é avançada esta terça-feira pelo Jornal Público.

Perante a atual conjetura pandémica, a utilização das tecnologias no meio escolar foi determinante para permitir dar continuidade ao ensino não presencial, e é neste enquadramento particular que a GNR e a Microsoft Portugal se associaram para disponibilizar conteúdos digitais de sensibilização da comunidade escolar.
Estas ações, em 892 estabelecimentos de ensino, decorrem até sexta-feira focando-se nas crianças, jovens, encarregados de educação e agentes educativos para questões como o cyberbullying, furto de identidade, privacidade, incorreção das fontes de informação, vírus informáticos e a dependência da internet.
Na procura de respostas aos desafios que o ensino à distância coloca, a Junta de Freguesia de Vale S. Martinho adquiriu oito tablets que foram entregues à escola básica da freguesia a quem cabe a tarefa de identificar os alunos sem os meios necessários para acederem às aulas que começaram esta segunda-feira.
Esta medida da autarquia local visa apoiar os alunos e a escola no sentido de que todos os jovens estudantes tenham condições para assistiram às aulas à distância.
ONovo Banco e a Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) vão aumentar os preços de algumas comissões a partir de maio, de acordo com os preçários publicados nos respetivos ‘sites’.
No banco público, de acordo com alterações que entrarão em vigor em 01 de maio, as contas pacote S, M, L e Caixa Azul alteram o critério de bonificação para incluir “compras de valor igual ou superior a 50 euros por mês efetuadas com cartões de débito e/ou crédito associadas”.
O Novo Banco passará a cobrar uma anuidade de 12 euros nas contas Depósito à Ordem Normal com saldos superiores a 35 mil euros a partir de 07 de maio, e para os saldos inferiores a esse valor haverá uma taxa única de 62,30 euros.
Nos depósitos, a CGD fará com que as contas CaixaPoupança Reformado, CaixaPoupança, CaixaPoupança Emigrante e CaixaProjecto vejam a sua remuneração baixar de 0,015% para 0,005%, a partir dos 250 euros.
O mesmo irá acontecer com outros produtos suspensos com contas ativas, como a conta Poupança Caixa Activa, CaixaProjecto Emigrante, CaixaPoupança Rumos e Caixa Poupança Superior.
No Novo Banco, as contas NB 100%, NB Seleção, NB 100% 55+, NB 100% 18.31, Conta Vencimento Empresa, e Empresa passarão a pagar, respetivamente, 2,95 euros ou 5,90 euros mensais, acrescidos de imposto do selo.
Já as contas NB 360, 100% GOLD, 360 Médico, 360 TOC, 360 Academia, e NB 100% GOLD RE veem os preços aumentar de 7,50 euros para 7,90 euros (sem bonificação) e de 3,75 euros para 3,95 euros (com bonificação).
Nos cartões, a substituição de cartão de crédito NB Verde, NB Branco e outros cartões da gama Classic passam de 20 euros para 22,50 euros, e a disponibilização na hora dos cartões de débito NB DÉBITO NA HORA passa de 10 euros para 17, os NB DÉBITO e NB @WORK de 19,50 para 20 euros, e o POCKET NB de 10 euros para 12,50 euros.
Na CGD, relativamente a cartões de débito, o custo da disponibilização sobe dos 18 para os 19 euros (mais imposto do selo) para os cartões do tipo Caixa Maiores Acompanhados, Caixa IU, Caixa Débito, Caixautomática Electron, Caixautomática Maestro, Maestro RE, Caixa Activa, Débito Nacional, Caixa Azul e Visa Electron RE.
O levantamento de dinheiro ao balcão com caderneta ficará também mais caro, dada a implementação de uma comissão única de 4,65 euros mais imposto do selo, que eleva o preço para 5,15 euros.
Atualmente, o levantamento ao balcão com caderneta custa 3,00 euros (3,12 com o imposto).
O Novo Banco vai também aumentar o preço da requisição de cheques cruzados ao balcão, em 1,50 euros para cinco cheques, 3,00 euros para dez cheques e 6,00 para 20 cheques, havendo também aumentos nos não cruzados, a que se junta o imposto do selo.
Na CGD, as transferências efetuadas para outros bancos através do ‘site’ do banco ou da aplicação móvel vão aumentar de 80 para 95 cêntimos, a que se acresce o imposto do selo (99 cêntimos no total), tal como acontecerá em transferências internacionais.
A partir do início do ano a maioria das transferências bancárias realizadas por MBWay são gratuitas para todos os utilizadores de todos os bancos, devido à entrada em vigor das alterações às regras das comissões bancárias em plataformas eletrónicas.
Foi aprovado o fim das comissões bancárias para determinadas operações de baixo valor, com um limite de operação de 30 euros, um limite mensal de 150 euros, e até 25 transferências por mês, que passaram a ser gratuitas.
