A partir de maio, o Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional presta serviço de atendimento através de videoconferência, com o objetivo de facilitar o acesso generalizado à informação do IEFP e aos serviços por si prestados, incluindo o atendimento dos candidatos a emprego. É uma forma alternativa do atendimento presencial e de evitar deslocações.
Estes meios tecnológicos facilitarão as intervenções técnicas necessárias ao processo de inserção, das quais se destacam as sessões coletivas e entrevistas individuais, por recurso à videoconferência.
Neste sentido, está a ser endereçado a todos os candidatos inscritos um email de divulgação, solicitando a resposta a um questionário relativo aos equipamentos que possuem para aceder a estas intervenções online.
A Noite Branca de Braga 2020, agendada para o mês de setembro, foi cancelada face à pandemia da Covid-19.
Aproximando-se um levantamento de restrições impostas pelo Estado de Emergência, o presidente apela à responsabilidade dos bracarenses para se protegerem e aos seus familiares, “não pondo em causa os resultados conseguidos até agora”.
As regras de funcionamento das escolas, depois da retomadas as aulas presenciais para os alunos do 11.º e 12.º anos, que poderá acontecer a 18 de maio, ainda estão a ser estudadas, adiantou a diretora-geral da Saúde.
Questionada sobre as condições em que decorrerá o regresso às aulas presenciais, a diretora-geral da Saúde adiantou que as medidas gerais estão a ser ponderadas entre o Ministério da Saúde e o Ministério da Educação, ressalvando que alguns casos deverão ser avaliados individualmente.
“Há um conjunto de regras que vão ser aplicadas e também vão ser estudadas situações específicas. Obviamente que uma das situações específicas, que terá de ser vista praticamente caso a caso, é a questão dos docentes e dos discentes que possam ser mais vulneráveis”, disse Graça Freitas durante a conferência de imprensa diária sobre a situação da pandemia em Portugal.
A questão também foi levantada hoje pelos diretores escolares, que enviaram uma carta ao Ministério da Educação alertando para a necessidade de o Governo e a DGS darem indicações práticas de como devem organizar a reabertura das escolas.
Os diretores escolares alertaram para a urgência em conhecerem regras de funcionamento das escolas durante a pandemia, tais como o número de alunos por sala, para poderem organizar o recomeço das aulas presenciais.
O regresso de algumas atividades está a ser preparado também nos serviços de saúde, nomeadamente com o reagendamento de consultas e exames adiados devido à covid-19, segundo o secretário de Estado da Saúde.
“Estamos a fazer a programação de consultas, de atendimentos, de horários, de exames. Isso está a ser feito paulatinamente, mas há de facto uma necessidade de recuperar atividade assistencial que durante este tempo ficou um pouco para trás”, disse António Sales, sublinhando que a possibilidade de um segundo pico epidemiológico não pode ser descurada.
O governante reforçou que o Serviço Nacional de Saúde (SNS) está em permanente adaptação à evolução da doença provocada pelo novo coronavírus, acrescentando que atualmente há um esforço para responder a ambas as necessidades.
“O SNS está adaptado e está a adaptar-se em pista dupla para poder responder às duas situações, por um lado à atividade assistencial programada que ficou um pouco para trás durante este mês e, por outro lado, à possibilidade de poder aparecer uma segunda onda”, assegurou.
No mesmo sentido, António Sales adiantou que os equipamentos de proteção individual para os profissionais de saúde vão continuar a ser reforçados durante o mês de maio.
Também os cuidados de saúde mental estão na lista de preocupações das autoridades de saúde, em particular para a população mais idosa, que poderá ter de se manter em isolamento após o levantamento de algumas medidas de confinamento, por constituir um grupo de risco.
“Estamos muito atentos ao nível dos serviços, ao nível dos psicólogos e da Ordem dos Psicólogos, que nos tem dado uma ajuda muito importante. Essa é uma preocupação e estamos a fazer essa preparação de planos”, disse o secretário de Estado.

A Federação Nacional dos Professores (Fenprof) defendeu que a abertura dos estabelecimentos de educação e ensino durante a pandemia deverá depender do parecer favorável das autoridades de saúde, dos epidemiologistas e outros especialistas, e não “de motivações alheias”.
Em comunicado, a direção da Federação nacional dos Professores realça ainda que “há condições prévias e garantias que terão de ser asseguradas” para que essa reabertura possa ocorrer em segurança para todos os envolvidos.
Sobre essa reabertura, a Fenprof refere que a sua posição desde que começou o surto da covid-19 foi sempre a de que “as decisões sobre encerramento e abertura dos estabelecimentos de educação e ensino deverão depender do parecer favorável das autoridades de saúde, suportado na posição de epidemiologistas e outros especialistas de saúde pública”.
“Este terá de ser o interesse prevalecente. Nada justifica que a Fenprof altere a sua posição” sobre o assunto, adianta.
Assim, diz, quando se verificarem condições que permitam a reabertura, esta deverá ser “gradual, com garantia, a docentes, alunos e pessoal não docente, de condições que garantam segurança e lhes permitam trabalhar com confiança”.
Para isso – acrescenta – será necessário a redução do número de pessoas em sala de aula, o que significa a constituição de grupos pequenos, de 10 a 12 pessoas, no máximo, e com um distanciamento de, pelo menos, dois metros entre si.
Em seu entender, exige-se também equipamentos de proteção para todos, designadamente máscaras, batas, luvas, viseiras e distribuição de gel desinfetante, e a garantia de condições higiénicas e de desinfeção adequadas, tanto nas instalações sanitárias, como nos corredores e salas de aula.
Para o regresso ao trabalho, a Fenprof propõe o resguardo dos docentes que, por idade ou situação clínica, integram grupos de risco, não podendo ser chamados ao trabalho presencial, bem como a contratação de docentes de forma a permitir o desdobramento de turmas e também a substituição dos que tiverem de se manter confinados.
Alerta ainda que, após a reabertura de aulas presenciais, caso se verifique o agravamento do surto epidemiológico, deverá essa decisão ser revertida.
Dado que o regresso à atividade presencial em segurança terá implicações a nível das condições de trabalho e da organização da atividade, a federação salienta que “não dispensa o direito de participar na elaboração da legislação, no âmbito de um processo de negociação coletiva, previsto na Lei Geral do Trabalho em Funções Públicas e no Estatuto da Carreira Docente”.
Reconhece que “o regresso à vida comunitária, para além de inevitável, é uma necessidade que decorre de diversos fatores, incluindo os de ordem social, psicológica, económica e até sanitária”, mas adverte que uma “abertura extemporânea acarretaria mais problemas do que vantagens, levando a perder todo o enorme esforço que tem vindo a ser pedido aos portugueses”
Quanto à Educação, o jornal Público adiantou do domingo que o governo admite a reabertura das escolas para os 11.º e 12.º anos, apontando a data de 18 de maio como provável para o reinício de aulas presenciais para estes alunos, tendo apontado, ainda, para a reabertura de creches em 01 de junho.

Esta manhã, pelas 7h45, o despiste de um automóvel, na Avenida dos Descobrimentos, à saída da cidade, provocou um ferido grave e um ligeiro. O veículo circulava no sentido Famalicão-Porto quando, por razões ainda desconhecidas, despistou-se e foi embater, com violência, num muro no final da avenida.
Os acidentados, que tiveram que ser desencarcerados, foram socorridos pelos BV Famalicão e por uma equipa da VMER. Um dos feridos foi transportado para o hospital de Braga e o outro para o Centro Hospitalar do Médio Ave, unidade de Famalicão.
