A Caixa Solidária já chegou à freguesia de Pedome, pelas mãos da Humanitave – Associação de Emergência Humanitária.
“Deixe o puder, leve o que precisar” é o lema da iniciativa que já está presente em várias partes do globo, e que surgiu fruto da Pandemia da Covid-19.
A caixa encontra-se à porta da sede da Humanitave, na Rua Jardim de Infância. Está sempre aberta para todos aqueles que queiram contribuir e para aqueles que dela precisem.
Uma mulher de 76 anos infetada com o novo coronavírus foi detida pela PSP de Ovar pelo crime de desobediência, revelou hoje o comando distrital de Aveiro dessa polícia, que a encontrou a circular na rua sem máscara.
A detenção deu-se na quarta-feira, na sequência de várias ações de fiscalização destinadas a verificar se os cidadãos diagnosticados com covid-19 estão efetivamente a cumprir o confinamento domiciliário a que estão obrigados por lei, para evitarem o contágio de terceiros.
Foi assim que a PSP constatou que a septuagenária estava a “violar a ordem de confinamento obrigatório emanada por autoridade sanitária”, encontrando-se “a circular na via pública e sem qualquer meio de proteção individual, nomeadamente máscara e luvas”.
A ministra da Saúde diz que vai recorrer mais aos privados para recuperar o atraso na atividade do Serviço Nacional de Saúde suspensa por causa da covid-19 e que a retoma no serviço público deve começar pela cirurgia de ambulatório.
“Não creio que o SNS será capaz sozinho [de recuperar a atividade suspensa]”, afirmou Marta Temido, numa entrevista do podcast do PS “Política com Palavra”, hoje divulgada.
Questionada sobre se será preciso recorrer mais aos privados para recuperar [a atividade], Marta Temido disse: “Essa intenção existe, é clara e vamos acioná-la”.
“Era ilusório pensar que o SNS passaria por isto sem ter consequências na outra atividade. O que parece mais evidente é começar a atividade programada na área da cirurgia de ambulatório, pois são situações menos complexas”, afirmou.
A governante acrescenta que as outras cirurgias, que impliquem necessidade de recurso a unidades de cuidados intensivos, “têm de ser programadas com cautela pois são situações que competem com eventual recrudescimento da covid”.
“Se amanhã tivéssemos zero casos de covid-19, o sistema de saúde para voltar a funcionar tinha de ter uma série de cautelas: a questão da proteção de profissionais e trabalhadores, dos testes antes de determinados tratamentos e do espaçamento dos tratamentos ao longo do dia e da semana, para não estarem todos ao mesmo tempo”, afirmou.
Marta Temido sublinhou, contudo, que “há áreas em que o SNS é o único que consegue responder” e que a manta do Serviço Nacional de Saúde “é a única que os portugueses tiveram disponível nestas semanas, em que recebeu a denúncia de várias convenções”.
“É essa a lógica do SNS, a do guarda-chuva que protege todos, independentemente da sua capacidade de pagar”, sublinhou.
Questionada sobre se houve neste processo algum aproveitamento dos privados, a ministra respondeu: “houve circunstancias em que houve posicionamentos distintos, não de todos os atores, mas de alguns, que poderão ter tido as suas razões para esses comportamentos, mas que mostraram o que sabemos, que no final do dia não temos todos os mesmos objetivos”.
“Não tenho ideia de que quem opera no mercado tenha comportamentos unicamente movidos pelo altruísmo”, sublinhou.
Sobre se neste processo houve um divórcio entre os prestadores privados e o SNS, a ministra nega e prefere sublinhar, em matéria como os testes de diagnóstico, “a capacidade colaboração de privados e a academia”.
“Na prestação cuidados, onde temos tidos várias conversas com privados que se mostraram disponíveis para ajudar, tanto em covid como na recuperação, também em contactos com misericórdias (…), tem havido capacidade de não nos ficarmos presos às acrimónias e construir soluções para os portugueses”, considerou.
“Quem quis ajudar e colaborar ajudou e colaborou e estamos muito gratos por isso”, concluiu.
Quanto à questão de saber se o SNS estará pronto para uma segunda vaga de covid-19, Marta Temido afirmou: “Continuamos a trabalhar para estarmos sempre preparados, é um contexto em que ninguém consegue estar completamente tranquilo”.
Sobre a decisão de recomendar o uso de máscara, sublinhou que é sempre importante falar a verdade às pessoas e recusou que a decisão da DGS se tenha suportado nalguma falta de material.
“O que dissemos sobre máscaras foi sempre apoiado no que era a evidencia internacional, e hoje continuamos a dizer a mesma coisa. (…) O momento em que dissemos que podiam não ser imprescindíveis era um momento em que estávamos todos confinados a casa”, afirmou.
Continua a lembrar que as máscaras não evitam o contágio se se baixar a guardar nas outras medidas de proteção (distância de segurança, lavar/desinfetar as mãos e etiqueta respiratória).
“Não foi a escassez que determinou a decisão da DGS, foi mesmo a questão de haver várias posições relativamente à utilização mais generalizada das máscaras”, afirmou a ministra, sublinhando: “A orientação aconteceu no momento em que nos sentimos confortáveis para a adotar”.
“Se eu soubesse que a posição final do Centro Europeu para o Controlo de Doenças era aquela, com todas as cautelas em ralação à utilização de máscaras comunitarias, que nem existia em nomenclatura, teria antecipado a solução. Mas esse exercício de ver o filme até ao fim, conseguir antecipar o fim e tomar uma conduta de acordo com esse fim é só para os mágicos”, disse.
As competições nacionais de andebol, basquetebol, hóquei em patins e voleibol foram canceladas, esta quarta-feira, pelas respetivas federações.
