No próximo sábado, 1 de setembro, o Agrupamento de Escuteiros de Vale S. Cosme presta homenagem aos Fundadores do Escutismo em Vale S. Cosme e aos Padrinhos, mas também aos Assistentes (Padres), e aos Chefes de Agrupamento que ao longo dos 46 anos da existência deste movimento deram o seu contributo em prol da Juventude e do Escutismo.
Além de todas estas individualidades o agrupamento vai homenagear também todos os escuteiros do primeiro ano de vida do nosso agrupamento, aqueles que fizeram promessa no dia da fundação a 30 de abril de 1972 e também na segunda promessa realizada no dia 01 outubro do mês ano e que se mantinham ativos no verão do ano seguinte.
A cerimónia realiza-se na Sede dos Escuteiros às 21 horas na presença do Pároco e Assistente – Padre José Faria, do Chefe de Núcleo de Famalicão – Carlos Filipe Pereira, do Presidente da União de Freguesias – Bernardino Martins, assim como todas as individualidades ou representantes dos homenageados.
Famalicão vai homenagear, nos dias 28 e 29 de setembro, a decana das enfermeiras obstetras famalicenses.
Trata-se de Miquelina Peixoto, que durante mais de quatro décadas, no antigo posto médico da sede do concelho e nas Casas do Povo de Ruivães e Requião, assistiu milhares de grávidas e bebés, tendo tido intervenção em mais de 6.000 partos só na primeira vintena de anos da carreira, iniciada em Ronfe em meados de 1958.
Natural de São Simão de Novais, a homenageada festejará o seu 86º aniversário natalício a 28 de setembro, data em que será celebrada uma missa de ação de graças, na igreja matriz nova de Famalicão, a que se seguirá um jantar festivo, aberto à participação de familiares, amigos e de todos os famalicenses que entendam expressar o seu reconhecimento a uma profissional de saúde que sempre primou pela solicitude e muito fez pelo incremento dos níveis sanitários, nomeadamente na área materno-infantil.
O que existe em Famalicão, o que nos dá o concelho que nos faz feliz e que nos faz sorrir, o que gostamos de usar e desfrutar, o que gostamos de ver, olhar e observar, o que gostamos de oferecer e mostrar e o que queremos continuar a ter no futuro. É esta reflexão que o município quer promover junto de cada famalicense ao longo da realização da 3.ª edição do Festival Visão’ 25, que vai decorrer entre setembro e outubro próximos em todo o território concelhio sob o lema “Marcas de Futuro”.
Para potenciar a participação dos cidadãos, está de regresso ao terreno o sofá amarelo que já se tornou um ícone da participação, do envolvimento e do compromisso cívico comunitário dos famalicenses para com o seu território. A interpelação às pessoas será feita através deste símbolo maior do conforto da cidadania em Famalicão e através da realização de um vasto conjunto de eventos e de atividades que visam identificar os valores atuais concelhios para a sua proteção, valorização e promoção no futuro.
“Pretende-se colocar os cidadãos e os agentes institucionais do concelho a refletirem sobre o território e a pensarem nas melhores estratégias para potenciar as nossas forças. Trata-se, em última análise, de procurar ganhar o futuro de Vila Nova de Famalicão que será seguramente tanto mais forte quanto maior forem concertadas e assumidas as estratégias de desenvolvimento integrado”, assinala o Presidente da Câmara Municipal, Paulo Cunha.
Este verdadeiro festival da cidadania arranca a 11 de setembro com a sessão de apresentação do programa aos parceiros e coorganizadores das diversas ações e projetos que integram o festival e estende-se até ao dia 26 de outubro com a apresentação pública do Relatório de Sustentabilidade e Responsabilidade Social do município. Pelo meio, a 28 de setembro, realiza-se a Sessão Solene Comemorativa do Dia do Concelho onde serão atribuídos os selos Famalicão Visão’ 25 que reconhecem iniciativas, ações ou projetos, produtos ou serviços inovadores e potenciadores dos valores que marcam a identidade do território e se encontram alinhados com o Plano de Desenvolvimento Estratégico de Vila Nova de Famalicão.
As ações decorrem dos quatro programas-estrela do plano estratégico – Famalicão Made IN, B-Smart Famalicão, Força V-Famalicão Voluntário e Famalicão Comunitário – mobilizando projetos e parcerias sob a forma de sessões “Plataforma”, sessões “Laboratório” e sessões de “Oficina/Animação”. Nas sessões “Plataforma” têm lugar as conferências, colóquios e debates, envolvendo redes de parcerias, agentes locais e regionais. Nas sessões “Laboratório” decorrerão os workshops onde parcerias temáticas e parcerias territoriais debatem e concertam diagnósticos, estratégias, objetivos e ações. Nas sessões “Oficinas/Animação”, agentes e parcerias mobilizam os cidadãos, envolvendo a população na construção do território pela co-criação de projetos e iniciativas e no teste exemplificativo de ações.
Transversal ao programa de atividades e ações programadas decorrerá a iniciativa “Passado em Famalicão” que vai desafiar os famalicenses a recuperarem do baú memórias fotográficas passadas do território e a contrapô-las com o presente como forma de valorização do património local, como fator de identidade e bem comum e processo de recolha de memórias para salvaguarda no futuro. O processo terá uma dinâmica própria nas redes sociais e vai desenvolver-se até 27 de outubro com a hashtag #passadoemfamalicao.
Nesta edição do festival é dada prioridade ao desenvolvimento territorial integrado, participando como parceiras da organização todas as dez Comissões Sociais Inter-Freguesias com ações dedicadas aos primeiros passos na estruturação de projetos-âncora.
Recorde-se que o projeto Famalicão Visão 25 nasceu em 2014 no enquadramento da elaboração do
Plano Estratégico 2014-2025 para o concelho, que apontou para o desenvolvimento de uma comunidade verde tecno-industrial global, num território verde multifuncional. Na altura, a autarquia utilizou o sofá para questionar os famalicenses sobre “como gostariam de ver Famalicão daqui a 10 anos?”, envolvendo-os num verdadeiro ato de cidadania e de participação cívica. Mais de mil pessoas sentaram-se no sofá e partilharam os seus projetos para o futuro com a comunidade.
Entretanto, em 2016, realizou-se a segunda edição do festival, sob o lema “Marcas de Futuro”, com um pedido sério de compromisso e envolvimento dos famalicenses com a comunidade. A questão colocada era “O que podes fazer por Famalicão”, sendo que a resposta implicava diretamente uma vontade e um compromisso. Compromisso esse que se pretende agora renovar com a pergunta “O que mais gosta de Famalicão?” a dar a ignição para uma grande reflexão coletiva sobre o futuro da comunidade.
O Comando Territorial de Braga, através do Destacamento Territorial de Guimarães, apreendeu 4229 artigos contrafeitos, na feira semanal das Taipas.
No âmbito de uma ação de fiscalização realizada na feira semanal das Taipas, os militares apreenderam 1689 peças de roupa, 824 pares de calçado e 1716 acessórios (malas,´carteiras, pulseiras, relógios e óculos). No decorrer daquela operação, foram constituídos quatro arguidos, duas mulheres e dois homens por prática de crime de contrafação.
A Câmara Municipal da Póvoa de Varzim vai avançar com as obras de requalificação da ciclovia que liga o concelho até Famalicão, num investimento previsto de 2,5 milhões.
A via, que ocupa o antigo traçado da linha de comboio que ligava as duas cidades, já tinha sido recuperada, há alguns anos, para ser ciclável, mas agora irá receber intervenções de fundo, que serão feitas em coordenação com autarquia famalicense. «Tal com foi acordado com a Câmara de Famalicão vamos aplicar um pavimento e sinalização comum, assim como recuperar a iluminação e algumas das antigas estações, de modo haver uma uniformização no percurso», explicou Aires Pereira, presidente da autarquia poveira. O percurso tem cerca de 28 quilómetros, dos quais 18 são no concelho de Póvoa de Varzim e 10 no de Vila Nova de Famalicão, ocupando precisamente o mesmo espaço da antiga linha de comboios, cuja atividade foi encerrada em 1995.
O concurso público para a intervenção, orçada em 2,5 milhões de euros e comparticipada, na maioria, por fundos comunitários, já foi aprovada na última reunião de Câmara da Póvoa de Varzim, estando previsto que as obras comecem ainda este ano, e estejam concluídas em 2019. No lado do Famalicão, o processo também seguiu os mesmos contornos, estando previsto um investimento de 1,9 milhões de euros, e com prazos de execução semelhantes.
O médio ala Alhassane Sylla é reforço do Futebol Clube de Famalicão.
O jovem internacional senegalês, com jogos nas equipas de SUB 20 e SUB 23, onde jogou a Taça das Nações Africanas, chega proveniente do União da Madeira. Na última temporada Alhassane Sylla clube disputou 34 partidas ao serviço do União da Madeira, tendo apontado um golo.
Sylla está muito satisfeito por poder jogar no FC Famalicão. “É uma equipa com notoriedade e que tem o apoio de imensos adeptos, como na época passada tive oportunidade de ver nos dois jogos que disputamos”. O projeto desportivo do FC Famalicão foi fundamental para a escolha de Sylla que traz muita ambição. “Vai ser bom para a minha carreira poder atuar aqui e quero ajudar no que são os objetivos do clube”.
