Segundo a fonte da Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR), o corpo “é de um jovem de 20 e poucos anos que terá sido visto pela última vez no domingo”.
“Ao que tudo indica”, disse a mesma fonte, o carro terá entrado em despiste na estrada nacional 304 e “o jovem deve ter sido projetado, daí não estar dentro do veículo”.
Contudo, salientou a fonte, a circunstância “em que tudo ocorreu ainda terá que ser investigada”.

A Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP) anunciou esta segunda-feira que vai investir mais 100 milhões de euros em conservação corrente da Rede Rodoviária Nacional (RRN) ao longo dos próximos três anos, dentre os quais 12,2 milhões de euros no Minho.
Em comunicado, a IP adianta que “consigna contratos no valor global de 107,5 milhões de euros para a execução de trabalhos de conservação corrente da Rede Rodoviária Nacional ao longo dos próximos três anos”.
No âmbito dos contratos de conservação corrente está prevista a execução de vários tipos de intervenções de manutenção, entre os quais “reparação e beneficiação de pavimentos, reposição e adequação da sinalização horizontal e vertical, reparação e adequação de guardas de segurança e outros equipamentos de proteção, estabilização de taludes, conservação de vedações, tratamento dos sistemas de drenagem, limpeza das bermas e zonas adjacentes à faixa de rodagem e reparações e manutenção de obras de arte”.
Investigadores do Instituto de Sistemas e Computadores, Tecnologia e Ciência (INESC-TEC), no Porto, criaram um robô com o propósito de “valorizar e rentabilizar” as florestas através da recolha de vegetação que vai “incorporar novos materiais”, revelou hoje o responsável.
Em declarações à Lusa, Filipe Neves dos Santos explicou que o robô, desenvolvido pelo instituto da Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto juntamente com a Associação Florestal de Portugal (FORESIS), vai permitir “valorizar a floresta e mostrar que existe uma nova forma de utilizar a biomassa florestal”.
“A nossa floresta é pouco gerida e tem pouco valor económico. As operações que atualmente são feitas não são muito rentáveis, uma vez que muito do trabalho é feito manualmente e com máquinas muito pesadas”, frisou.
O robô, que começou a ser produzido há um ano e meio, pesa uma tonelada e visa substituir a maquinaria utilizada atualmente, tornando o processo de limpeza e recolha de vegetação mais automatizado.
“O robô é colocado no espaço que se pretende recolher a biomassa e aí trabalha sozinho, levando o material até à berma e fazendo uma pilha. Depois, regressa ao local onde começou. Contudo, numa primeira fase será sempre visionado por um operador”, revelou.
Segundo Filipe Neves dos Santos, a equipa prevê que no próximo ano o robô possa ser testado “em ambientes mais reais, com declive e vegetação densa”, isto porque “neste momento os testes ainda se realizam no laboratório e são muito controlados”.
“Daqui a um ano prevemos que o robô possa ser testado nas propriedades florestais da FORESIS em Viana do Castelo e perto da cidade de Vigo. Algo que vai ser muito interessante pois a inclinação do terreno é de 30%”, acrescentou.
O estudo, elaborado no âmbito do BIOTECFOR – um projeto que visa maximizar a eficiência de utilização dos recursos florestais – conta ainda com o apoio de dois parceiros espanhóis, a Associación Forestal de Galicia e o Centro Tecnológico de Automoción de Galicia, que estão a desenvolver duas máquinas de estilhagem para auxiliarem o robô.
“Estas duas máquinas são uma novidade, uma vez que vão encontrar-se na periferia da floresta e triturar a biomassa recolhida pelo robô até ficar em pequenos pedaços”, afirmou.
De acordo com o investigador, a vegetação recolhida e depois triturada poderá servir para o “aquecimento de estufas, criação de energia ou incorporação em plásticos para a indústria automóvel”.
“Os parceiros espanhóis já fizeram testes em dez tipos de plantas, restos de pinheiro, poda, eucalipto e mato. A parte de material florestal pode vir a representar 50 a 60% do produto final”, salientou o investigador.
O robô vai estar em demonstração no expositor do INESC-TEC na Agroglobal, uma feira agrícola nacional, que decorre de 05 a 07 de setembro em Valada do Ribatejo, no Cartaxo, distrito de Santarém.
A Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento do Transporte Ferroviário considerou insuficientes os recentes investimentos na ferrovia e alertou o poder político para a urgência das ligações ferroviárias à Europa, no âmbito do Portugal 2030.
O presidente da Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento do Transporte Ferroviário e Sistemas Integrados de Transportes (ADFERSIT), Tomás Leiria Pinto, considerou que o setor está “atualmente a passar pelas consequências da gestão da CP que os vários poderes políticos fizeram” e do desinvestimento aquando dos anos de austeridade.
Tomás Leiria Pinto salientou, contudo, que a associação não acompanha a “campanha de descredibilização da CP” e apontou soluções para os problemas da empresa, nomeadamente a necessidade de “uma visão comercial integrada, que minimize os atrasos e as supressões de comboios”, e soluções para “a desadequada estrutura oficinal existente”, para que seja reposta “a capacidade operacional” da empresa.
O responsável destacou que o programa Ferrovia 2020 tem permitido algum investimento recente, mas, “infelizmente, ainda insuficiente, como tem sido repetidamente afirmado”.
Leiria Pinto afirmou estar preocupado com a elaboração do Programa 2030, que vai definir os projetos que permitirão a Portugal integrar as redes europeias, e defendeu que, no âmbito do programa, deve ser aprovado “um plano de acão imediato, que permita repor a capacidade operacional da CP mas, simultaneamente, assegure a preservação de um património de conhecimento e experiência, indispensável a garantir a liberalização e o futuro do transporte ferroviário em Portugal”.
Neste sentido defendeu que deve ser dada prioridade às ligações Aveiro-Porto e Guarda-Salamanca, no corredor internacional Norte; ao corredor internacional sul, entre Sines-Lisboa-Setúbal e Évora-Caia-Badajoz; e à ligação Norte-Sul entre a Corunha/Valença (Espanha), Porto, Lisboa e Faro.
“Estas são questões decisivas que não estão a ser devidamente consideradas e que exigem uma maior atenção do poder político em Portugal”, salientou o presidente da ADFERSIT.

A sessão destina-se essencialmente aos proprietários de edifícios a reabilitar; aos promotores e investidores; às imobiliárias; técnicos da construção civil e condomínios.
Considerando a pertinência atual da problemática da Reabilitação Urbana no contexto das políticas de ordenamento do território e de promoção do desenvolvimento e competitividade urbanos, quer ao nível municipal, mas particularmente, no quadro nacional, a autarquia famalicense elegeu como prioridade de ação neste domínio promover uma reflexão estratégica global para a reabilitação urbana.
Nesse sentido, foram considerados diversos mecanismos referentes à política de cidades e de Reabilitação Urbana, a nível nacional e comunitário, bem como diversos instrumentos municipais de política de ordenamento do território e de desenvolvimento urbano.

Três pessoas morreram e outras seis sofreram ferimentos ligeiros, esta tarde de segunda-feira, num violento acidente na A1, na zona da Mealhada.
O acidente aconteceu pelas 18 horas, no nó da Mealhada da A1, zona do quilómetro 211, sentido sul – norte. Fonte da GNR afirmou que se trata de um pesado de mercadorias que colidiu com duas viaturas ligeiras.
Todas as vítimas mortais tiveram que ser desencarceradas dos veículos. Sabe-se que uma se encontrava no camião que se despistou e tombou sobre um dos ligeiros. Nesse ligeiro seguiam as outras duas vítimas mortais. São Alexandra Nunes e Rui Nunes Figueiredo, casal de empresários que residia em Aveiro e que regressava de uma feira no Algarve. Alexandra Nunes era empresária na área do sal e o marido era um dos donos da marca de cerveja artesanal Rapada.
Os seis feridos ligeiros recusaram ir para o hospital.
Foram mobilizados os bombeiros da Mealhada, Pampilhosa e Esmoriz, INEM, além da GNR e Brisa. Às 21 horas, ainda estavam no local 40 operacionais e 17 viaturas.
O trânsito encontra-se cortado no sentido sul – norte, estando a circular, em alternativa, pela N1. No sentido inverso, as autoridades recomendam precaução, estando a fluir apenas numa faixa.
